This ideally located home is one hour from Dillon, CO, five minutes from C470, 10 minutes from the metro light rail system and a 30 minute drive to downtown Denver.

Nestled against the foothills and looking out at open space and across the highway from Chatfield State Park, this family friendly residence has it all.

The hardwood floor main level has 16' vaulted ceilings and houses the master suite (queen bed & 5 piece bath). There is also guest bedroom (queen bed) & home office connected by a doubled sink jack and jill bath with a shower. Main floor amenities include a full dining room with butler's pantry, a family room with a fireplace and an adjacent half bath. There is an eat in gourmet kitchen with double oven and a pantry as well as a full laundry room with sink & cabinets just inside the garage entrance. The large, ground level, deck is accessible off of the kitchen, family room or master bedroom.

The fully carpeted downstairs features 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a full & a crib), a double sink bath with a shower and a large family room with a wet bar, microwave, mini refrigerator, a large TV and a ping pong table.

There are closets and storage dressers/armoires in all bedrooms.

The house has central air and there are ceiling fans in all rooms (except the dining room) on the main floor. The exterior is maintained by the association so there is no need to shovel or mow!

Immediately off the deck is the community path where walking, running, biking, dog walking, and horse back riding are daily activities. The eastern most portion of the development has a playground and large, stocked pond as well as an entrance to Two Brands Trail, a Jefferson County open space trek that loops walkers, riders or runners along the bottom of the foothills and back to the Botanic Gardens at Chatfield. A five minute drive south and you can fly fish in the South Platte River or hike or ride through Waterton Canyon. Red Rocks Park & ampitheatre is a 12 minute route.

One of the most outstanding features of this property is its location; there is immediate access to routes and rails that can help you get to Boulder, Denver or Colorado Springs or the Continental Divide in short order yet, surrounded by open space, you feel like you are far away from it all.

There is a shopping center less that five miles north which has: grocery, liquor, drugstore, dry cleaners, nail salon, gas stations, Starbucks, banks and a variety of food establishments. Less than eight miles north is a mall with department stores, restaurants and a myriad of familiar specialty stores.
