Our villa is located at Tuscan Ridge, a prestigious, quiet and beautiful community in the heart of Florida. It is just off US Hwy 27 and 3 miles north of I-4 to allow you to drive to Walt Disney World in 20 minutes or play a lot of golf courses, some located just a few minutes off Tuscan Ridge.

You will love the villa’s open plan design with cozy and spacious family and living rooms, both with views of the pool area and direct access to the pool through patio doors. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable sofas. Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have direct access to the private pool and spa. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with flat TVs (ROKU TV). There is a large flat 46" Smart TV in the living room and a 42" TV in the master bedroom. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The well equipped kitchen opens into the living area with a formal dining room for special occasions, a breakfast nook and a bar. You will enjoy a screened, south facing pool and spa(optional heating available) and a large L-shaped lanai with fans, lights and padded pool furniture. The pool is protected with child safety fencing to help keep children safe. The game room is well equipped (see the pictures). Your little ones are most welcome to the villa. A high chair and two strollers are waiting for them, as well as a pack 'n play. There is a separate laundry room. FREE unlimited local, regional and long distance calling across the U.S., to Canada and Puerto Rico, and fast unlimited internet connection with free WIFI in the home and the pool area - all for your convenience.

The villa is privately owned and local support is provided through a professional and efficient management company.

The Tuscan Ridge community also has a communal tennis court (free of charge).

The perfect villa.

This beautiful villa situated in Tuscan Ridge a well maintained and up market estate. It is well designed and the L shaped lanai provides shade from the Florida sun at all times of day. That said there is a sundeck with a spa bath should you wish to soak up the heat. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well laid out. It provided a wonderful base for a Florida holiday. All the support services, the property manager, pool maintenance and gardening were working well. We had one small issue on arrival which the property manager fixed promply.

Great location, quiet area.

We had a lovely stay here. Great location for the theme parks yet in a quiet residential area with local amenities nearby. Pool was a bonus, we enjoyed our morning swims although if travelling in October ask for it to be heated. It was offered but we didn’t take it up.

Peace from the parks

Villa is ideally located for theme parks while the neighbourhood and outlook from the pool gives the sense of peace on rest days. The villa was well presented and facilities etc were as advertised. We found one small issue with the A/C but this was resolved quickly between the owner and property manager who provided good communication throughout.

Family holiday

We have just returned from a family stay at this beautiful villa. Extremely well equipped with everything you might need whilst away. Plenty of space and immaculately clean. Vera and the property manager were very prompt professional with a pool issue we had. Thank you so much for letting us stay, we would definitely recommend and would love to stay again in the future.
