Both the master bedroom and the living area have sliding glass doors that open to the 300 square-foot balcony. Each bedroom has a plushtop queen bed along with a flat screen TV. The living /dining area is roomy with plenty of space for the kids to play. Enjoy the sunsets from the comfort of your living room while you watch the latest DVD on your large flat screen TV. And, if you need a third bedroom, your living room sofa converts into a queen bed.
The kitchen is fully-equipped, with everything you need to whip-up a gourmet meal. Granite countertops and custom cabinets give you the luxuries of home. A large stackable washer/dryer is a must after the family's active day fishing or hiking the beach.

From the moment we opened the door and saw the view through the condo and out to the gulf, we have loved it. Your condo is bright and cheery, well appointed and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the 2 full baths are great. The balcony and view are amazing and each sunset more beautiful than the last. All the staff here have been very friendly and helpful. The gulf entertains us every day with everthing from skittering little shore birds to an entire pod of dolphins feeding offshore
Having owned rental real estate in Nashville since 1988, I couldn't resist the opportunity to own a place at the beach.
It is a labor of love and most of my guests seem to appreciate the beach experience as much as I do.
The west end of the beaches is the next big thing, very family friendly.
Quiet, easy back beach road access, away from the traffic and crowds.
