Welcome to Hog Country! This condo is right off the Highway 112 exit of Interstate 540, just across the street from the University's Equine Sciences barn & horse fields. You're walking distance to the AMP, right at the edge of campus, and a few blocks to the Downtown and Entertainment Districts!
Bradford Place is located just off the Fayetteville walking & bike trail which connects all of the city's main areas and parks. There is also a Razorback Transit - free bus services around campus - stop on Garland just down from the condo.

To those with animal allergies: I do own a maltipoo who lives here from time to time. While the breed is non-shedding & hypoallergenic, those with extreme sensitivities should take this into consideration.
A Fayetteville native, I have lived all around the US and even a couple places in Europe. I love to travel, but I love Fayetteville too and return often throughout the year for Razorback Football, fall foliage, trips to Beaver Lake, and camping trips in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. I am thankful to get to share my condo with travelers to Fayetteville when I am out of town!

This condo is the perfect size for having a relaxing, cozy trip to Fayetteville. I choose it for its wonderful location: down the street from the University of Arkansas campus; on the Bike Trail; minutes to Dickson Street & Downtown; and just off Interstate 540 (great for traveling).
I also own the condo next door (same size and layout) so if you are traveling in a group, this is a wonderful opportunity to stay next door but still have your own space!
