Rodney Bay Harbour a thriving area which offers duty free shopping, restaurants, and beach with water sports is only a 10 minute drive from the villa.
The entrance to the house leads you into a large open area to the well equipped kitchen, dining room with a dining table to seat 8 persons and a living room. This lounging area includes a beer and wine chiller, ice maker and an array of glassware. Just off the central living room is a media room with a 52 inch plasma TV, DVD player, IPod dock and sound system. The sitting room opens out through glass French doors onto the balcony with steps leading down to the large patio and pool area.
The main house comprises of 3 well appointed bedrooms with a fully self contained cottage adjacent to the house, which acts as the 4th bedroom. The spacious master bedroom suite has a four poster king size bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bath. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and en-suite shower room and bedroom 3 has a king size four poster bed and an en-suite shower room.
The cosy cottage has a king size bed and an en-suite bath and shower room. This cottage is ideal as guest or nanny quarters. It is located to the left of the main house and is separated by a foot path which allows for privacy if needed and a separate entrance. The cottage has an open plan living and kitchen area, complete with microwave, electric cooker and fridge. The cottage has a cosy patio area which also looks out onto beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The villa includes a Maid/cook who will look after you 6 days a week from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
As this is a private community there is an on site security guard 7 days a week from 6pm - 6 am.

It is only a 10 minute drive from many shops, bars, restaurants and water sport activities at the beach in Rodney Bay Harbour.
Rodney Bay is one of the most popular yachting destinations in the Caribbean. There is a beautifully landscaped Marina with restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. The Bay is worth visiting during the day to browse through the shops and enjoy a waterside lunch or at night when it becomes lively due to the many night time venues.
For the most part, St. Lucian beaches are relatively short, but with five miles of white sand on Rodney Bay, Reduit is the place for a long stroll by the shore and a swim in calm waters. One of the most popular beaches on the island, it is fronted by the Rex St Lucian Papillon and the Royal St Lucian hotels.
A short walk north of Castries, you will find Pointe Seraphine which offers world class duty-free shopping. It is next to the cruise ship terminal. The main tourist information center is also located here as well as some excellent restaurants and bars.
Rodney Bay Mall is all worth a visit for the avid shopper. It is St Lucia’s premier shopping center located in the North of the island boasting over fifty of the finest quality shops and services in air-conditioned comfort. There is also a modern supermarket, bank, post office and delicatessen located here.
