About Patrick Rand
We are both in the Maine Army National Guard, currently deployed to Afghanistan and can't wait to get home and enjoy our Litchfield Cabin. We purchased it in 2004 while serving in Iraq and have made a lot of improvements, but aren't quite finished yet. Sorry for the unfinished stuff, we'll get to it as soon as we return!

Why Patrick Rand chose Litchfield
We purchased this home because it is very unique in how convenient it is to get on the highway yet so peaceful, quiet and relaxing.
What makes this cottage unique
Pleasant Pond connects to Cobboseecontee Stream, which connects to many other ponds and lakes. There are literally miles and miles of exploring you can do on the water. At one end is a store where you can buy gas, sandwiches, drinks and pizza. Large lawn for playing games and nestled in behind farm pastures, so you can't even see the property from the main road.
