A beautiful mix of contemporary and antique furnishings and charming vaulted ceilings in each bedroom add to the home's charm. Great back yard and an unforgettable location.... Imagine walking to the beach, having lunch on the deck and then heading back to the beach for a sunset gathering. This was our very first time renting a beach house and won't be the last. The house was immaculate upon arrival. Everything is like new and tastefully decorated. We cooked a lot during our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for our kids to play. We found it very convenient to have the short walk down the path to the beach. The owners Anna and Monty were very kind. We would definitely return to this beautiful property for another relaxing vacation!

OUR SON AND HIS GIRL FRIEND STAYED HERE AGAIN THIS YEAR. THE WEATHER WAS NOT AS GREAT AS IN JULY,BUT,WE STILL TOTALLY ENJOYED OUR WEEK HERE. ANNA AND MONTY HAVE DONE EVERYTHING UP RIGHT. THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO HAVE AN ENJOYABLE VACATION. ALL THE AMENITIES OF HOME,BUT,BY THE OCEAN. WE REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE AND HOPE TO COME BACK NEXT YEAR. THANK YOU ANNA AND MONTY FOR HAVING SUCH A GREAT PLACE.

My husband,my son and his girlfriend and I stayed here in July,2011. What a great place and very easy access to the ocean,private and public beaches. The place was immaculate and had anything you need. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv plus one in the living room. We had such a good time here that we are going back this summer. Love it.

Comfortable Cottage on the Beach!!

My family decided to have a RI vacation in the beginning of the Fall and this was the perfect home for it. The entire home has been updated and has all the amenities required to enjoy your stay. Each bedroom is decorated in a modern but beachy look and you can see the Block Island ferry leaving Point Judith from the master bedroom loft. The best part of this house is the location, when you walk out the back door, there is a beautiful deck that spans the width of the house and a large back yard full of lush grass. There is a walkway directly to the beach. Our family had one of our best vacations in this home and we would come back again.
