Totally refurbished in 2010 and further enhanced in 2011 and 2012 this villa is the perfect location for a Disney Vacation.
Villa Details: The family room has a fully fitted kitchen, brown leather 3 and 2 seater settees, a 50 inch plasma TV with over 200 channels, marble dining table with 6 chairs and 4 bar stools and patio doors on to the pool deck which overlooks the 14 acre natural fishing lake, it is screened on both side of our neighbours so is extremely private. The pool has a separate 24/7 spa and night time lighting, four sun loungers, 6 chairs, a table, separate umbrella and a sun sail shade, being south east facing it also benefits from day long sun. There is a private fitness gym studio so you can keep up with your private exercise regime whilst on vacation.
We also include a portable Tom Tom Sat Nav within the villa so there may be no need to purchase one with your hire car and Free Local USA and Canadian telephone calls.

Lake Berkley Resort: Located just minutes from the buzzing 192 down a side road between a 24 hour Walmart and the entertainment complex Medieval Times. This upmarket resort is 24 hour guarded, has a communal clubhouse with heated infinity pool and childrens splash area with water cannons, 2 tennis courts, basketball courts, pool tables and foosball tables, an air conditioned indoor gym and an outdoor activity area, childrens playground and sand bar area at the back of the 14 acre natural fishing lake.
