Because you want to seat in your ocean front veranda and watch the sunset while having your favorite cold beverage at the end of a busy day of exploring beautiful Hawaii. The Kakaako neighborhood where this property is located is the trendiest place in Honolulu and you won't find at a better property at these prices with A/C, ocean views 24/7, Ala Moana mall (largest outdoor mall in the USA) and Ward Center mall literally across the street, restaurants and shops all in walking distance from your home away from home. This property is away from the hectic Waikiki district, but yet only 5 minutes away should you want to take a walk.

Our family of 4 was very reluctant to use vacation rentals (we never used it before) to our first trip to the Islands but after our experience in Hawaii at this awesome property, I don't think we will ever spend another day and/or dime in a hotel. This property has incredible ocean and park views and is as nice and convenient as they come. Across the street from a beautiful and clean beach (all beaches in Hawaii were pretty clean), malls, great restaurants, coffee shops, and shops galore. the building has 24/7 security and has a nice salt water swimming pool and a jacuzzi, gym and BBQ areas where we took totally advantage of. The lawn in the recreational area is immaculate and a big plus to let kids run around in a total safe and clean environment. The apartment is on the 10th floor and couldn't be nicer with gorgeous views and all kinds of goodies but yet very clean and uncluttered. We can't wait to come back to Hawaii next year and stay here again. 5 Stars no doubt.
This property is located in the most convenient area in Honolulu. On the corner of Ala Moana Blvd and Piikoi Street, facing the ocean, Magic Island Park, next to Ala Moana Shopping center, Ward Shopping Center, shops, restaurants, hiking trails, ocean across the street and exercising areas to take advantage of everything Honolulu has to offer without having to even rent a car.
