NEWLY RENOVATED! Phenomenal mountain and fountain views from this beautiful single level home in an upscale, quiet neighborhood, sited on a heavenly ridge. Watch the sun rise over the mountains from the covered roof-top observation deck, take a dip in the sparkling 46 ft long lap pool with a water feature, or sit back and relax in the spa with a stacked stone surround. Propane can be ordered in advance for an additional charge, if desired.

Spectacular 180 degree panoramic views of mountains, one of the World’s Top Ten tallest fountains at 560 feet, nighttime city lights, and Arizona sunrises from all main rooms, observation deck, and pool area. Large windows and vaulted ceilings add to the open feeling of the home, with 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The dining area has a sliding glass door to a covered flagstone patio with the pool and spa.

The living room has a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator, bar area, and a huge media wall. Its wall of windows with two sliding glass doors allow for glorious mountain views and access to the lanai. You can enjoy more beautiful views from the master suite with its huge sliding glass door to the spa and pool. The large master bath has a walk-in closet, a separate spa shower with double heads, double sinks and a private commode. Both of the guest bedrooms have a sliding glass door to a covered flagstone patio. Other special features include ceiling fans throughout, skylights, central vacuum, and access to cable TV and high-speed Internet.

Fountain Hills Central

House was perfect. Master bedroom and bathroom is extraordinary. Nice separation from other bedrooms if you have guests or kids! We used the spa daily - an incredible view from the pool deck. Like really incredible. The driveway is certainly interesting - incredibly steep - but no mobility issues in our party so it was just fine.

This is a beautiful home is Fountain Hills. We have stayed here two years in a row. The beds are great, the views are great and the location is great! We love it because it is close to hiking and mnt biking. We will definitely try to stay here again next year.

Beautiful!

We love the location here. The setup of the house with the pool and hot tub right out the door with a beautiful view- you can’t beat it! It was very clean and communication was easy. They had plenty of the things we needed to cook meals, too. The pool and hot tub were plenty hot due to the summer heat!

We bought this home to bring our family to from Maryland and we have many special memories here with our family and friends. We love the slower pace of Fountain Hills but enjoy the proximity to Phoenix and Scottsdale. We have 5 children and Eric runs a successful real estate practice in the metro Washington D.C. area. We enjoy escaping the city to the mountains and climate of Arizona and have not found another home in Fountain Hills with this view and setting. 10 out of 10 for convenience and getting away from it all! Why they chose this property

This newly renovated home (2018) is truly a retreat from everyday life, every day you are there. The 46 foot long, 12 ft. deep pebble tec lap pool in the front sits on one of the best perches in the valley. The stone hot tub flows in to the pool and is covered by the lanai. The master opens to the lanai as does the kitchen and family room. An open air sentry retreat on the roof of the garage affords views in all four directions and is a great gathering place in the evening for a cocktail. Access to rooftop deck is from the outside/ backyard.

What makes this property unique

You will find many homes with some kind of view. To be able to capture the fountain and all the mountain views of the valley from one lot is rare. Add a 400 square foot lanai and an unbelievable pool with waterfall feature as the cherry on top. The pool and hot tub can be heated by purchasing propane in advance of your stay. Rates fluctuate with the costs of fuel but can range from $300 (spa only) -$950 (pool & spa) per week. Please inquire about costs prior to booking. Looking to do something fun nearby? Only 5 minutes to great golfing, tennis, restaurants and shopping in the town of Fountain Hills, and only 15 minutes to many attractions in Scottsdale/Phoenix.
