At Ridge Hall you have a unique opportunity to enjoy living 10 min walk from famous Killiney Bay with its DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transport) train service to Dublin City Centre.

On offer is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with master bedroom en-suite and separate family bathroom.

The apartment enjoys the advantage of 2 large balconies, 1 from the living room which allows for alfresco dining with views over the Dublin mountains. The other balcony is off the master bedroom.

It is located within a mere stones’ throw of stunning Killiney Bay which is home to many of Ireland’s most illustrious celebrity inhabitants namely Bono, Enya, Jim Sheridan and Neil Jordan to name but a few.

5 minutes drive brings you to beautiful Killiney Hill which affords you the opportunity to take a leisurely ramble up the hill and take in the spectacular panoramic views of Dublin and Killiney Bays.

Minutes away will find you in Dalkey a beautiful heritage village with its myriad of restaurants and pubs to suit every palate and budget including Bono’s local Finnegan’s pub where he recently took the Obamas for lunch.

A little further on is pretty Sandycove village the backdrop for some of James Joyce’s Ulysses and which plays host to the annual Bloomsday Festival. Beside it its Dun Laoghaire which offers every conceivable amenity including shopping, theatre, dining, sailing etc. It is also the access point for ferry crossings between Ireland and Holyhead in Wales.

Ridge Hall is located beside Ballybrack village thereby offering a range of local pubs and shops on its doorstep.

This property provides accommodation consisting of a sitting/dining and kitchen area, 2 spacious double bedrooms (1 en-suite), separate bathroom and a storage area.

Minimum renting period is 1 week (Sat to Sat). Weekly rates €415 to €650 a week, monthly rates €1495 to €2175.

High season rates apply to school, midterm holidays, Christmas and bank holidays.

Rental price includes all linens, towels, toiletries, TV, internet access. A cleaning fee of €45 applies. Electricity / heating charged based on consumption per unit rate.

Bookings / damage deposit is required to secure booking which is fully refundable at the end of the stay. If a cancellation occurs in excess or equal to 31 days ahead of reservation dates the booking deposit will be refunded in full, net of any administration / bank charges required to effect the refund. If however the cancellation occurs less than 31 days in advance of the reservation date the full deposit will be forfeited.

Very comfortable place to stay

We stayed here both at the beginning and end of our holiday. The apartment was modern, bright, spacious and comfortable. We had struggled to find affordable accomodation that would suit a couple with two small children and this place ticked all the boxes for us.
We found Marguerite very easy to contact when we had a query and very responsive to any of our requests. When we arrived there were the ingredients for a cooked breakfast in the fridge, which I thought was a lovely extra touch.
I would recommend this place to friends or family members if they were visiting Dublin. We were very happy that we made the choice to stay here.

we had a great time in Killiney and loved coming back to a warm and cosy apartment after trips to places and sights nearby. The apartment is well equipped and very bright with lovely views of the mountains. We enjoyed our two weeks there very much and found it easy to get around with the dart and the motorway close but not noisy. It's a lovely place for three to four adults or a small family.
Marguerite was very helpful and all the arrangements via internet and in Kiiliney itself worked out perfectly.

We spent a fortnight in Killiney and really enjoyed every bit of it. The apartment is well equipped and cosy and it was always nice to feel like coming "home" to a warm and bright place. There are lots of places to see in the area (Powerscourt, Enniskerry, Avoca, Killiney beach, the city of Dublin etc., and thanks to the great location of the apartment near the dart and the motorway (yet quiet except for the local pub) we got around to all of those easily. It was never a problem to contact the owner Marguerite and arrange everything. She was most helpful. We can really recommend this apartment for 4 adults or a family of 4 and we will definitely be back ourselves.

A lovely place near Dublin

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. The owners were kind and helpful, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the interior was either new or well maintained. It had everything we needed and even more. The apartment is in a nice little city, but still close enough to Dublin. The Killiney Beach is close nearby and worth a visit.
