The apartment features include a fabulous and functional layout created to utilise the space and natural light. It boasts magnificent views, looking directly out onto the Yarra River, Southbank Promenade and the City through the floor to ceiling glass windows. An additional bonus of this luxurious apartment is the excellent views of the Crown Casino with its nightly viewing of the flame towers in action.

The Spacious and stylish galley kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge/freezer, all cutlery, utensils and equipment required to cook. Marble benches, modern stainless steel Smeg appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, gas cook top and full oven. The apartment offers central ducted heating and cooling with secure entry video intercom.

The open plan living/dining area has a very comfy leather sofa lounge, 55 inch flat screen television, elegant dining suite and study area with desk (including internet & wi-fi) . The bathroom had a walk-in shower and a euro laundry behind bi-fold doors (including washing machine / dryer).

Main bedroom is comfortably appointed with a Queen size bed, and has lots of wardrobe space that leads to the main bedroom. This bedroom is very private and separate from the living area.

The living area has a leather sofa lounge that folds out to become a double bed. An additional (3rd & 4th) person can be comfortably accommodated on a foldaway bed if required. This flexibility allows us to cater for all of our guest’s needs, while providing a level of service and comfort that is hard to find.

NOTE: Four (4) guests are included in the tariff for this apartment.

On the ground floor of the building there is a well-stocked IGA supermarket and liquor store, McDonald’s, Subway, many restaurants/food outlets to choice from, pharmacy, doctor’s clinic, bakery and a 24 hour convenience store.

Southbank stretches along the Yarra River from Princes Bridge/St Kilda Rd to Queensbridge Square [Freshwater Place Building location], continuing on passed the Crown Casino through to the Melbourne Exhibition Centre at the other end of the Crown Complex. Southbank offers an extensive choice of dining and entertaining options for most peoples choices. The closeness of the CBD just across the footbridge on the opposite of the river bank, Southbank is well deserving of its reputation as Melbourne's premier entertainment district.

Melbourne's Exhibition & Convention Centre is just a 2 minute stroll along the Promenade & the CBD is just a walk across the foot bridge. The famous shopping strips of Bridge Rd, Chapel St & CBD are easily accessed by the tram network just at the bottom of the building as are other famous Melbourne landmarks such as St Kilda Beach & The Queen Victoria or South Melbourne Markets.
