An incredible five bedroom terraced house in South Belgravia, set over five floors. For easy access to most of London's top attractions you're in an upmarket central location, within walking distance of the Tate Britain, Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Sloane Square and the River Thames. For travel to other parts of London, you're a few minutes walk to the Pimlico station or, for further connections, you're a 10 minute walk to Victoria or Sloane Square stations.
The lower ground level of this house boasts two single bedrooms, a double bedroom and the family bathroom. The bedrooms on this floor are all highly functional and well decorated. The family bathroom includes; bath, shower and a toilet.
The ground floor has a bedroom with a babies cot, large enough for twins! The master bedroom has a flat screen tv and en suite bathroom. Handily for families, there is also a utility room on this floor.
On the first floor guests will enjoy the open plan nature of a modern kitchen, large dining table, sofa and large wall mounted flat-screen television.
The second floor is where you will find an additional stunning living area, perfect for a relaxing evening with the entire family. Inviting sofas, fireplace, another large flat-screen television and a large array of dvd's and reading material await. Upon request, the sofa bed can be made up to sleep another 2 guests. Sliding patio doors will take you onto a terraced area which is perfect for breakfast or a pre-dinner drink in the evening sun. A spiral staircase leads up to another unique roof terrace which is enormous and offers truly spectacular views over London...the perfect way to begin or end your day in London! (Please note the owners request that children are not permitted on the roof terrace.)
There is additional outside space to enjoy at this beautiful property with an artificial grassed area at the rear of the ground floor and another small terrace at the back of the house, leading off the kitchen which is enclosed by trellising.
Sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably and offering three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite, this home is a wonderful choice for a large extended family or even two smaller families in a great London location.
My family and I loved this property- we have three young children but we didn’t want to compromise on style and this home was perfect for our needs. I thought the roof terrace was stunning and everything in the house was clean and in good working order. Having such a fantastic base made our trip a real pleasure.
Westminster is a well-to-do, historical area with many prestigious landmarks and visitor attractions. It provides a wide choice of parks and open spaces such as St. James Park and Green Park, as well as political London icons 10 Downing Street and the Houses of Parliament. The Palace of Westminster, ‘Big Ben’, Buckingham Palace - home to the Queen of England - and Westminster Abbey where Kate Middleton and Prince William were married, are all in this beautiful area. Parliament Square, with its lawn and statues of past statesmen, is a popular tourist spot and a space from which you can see some of the most iconic architecture of the Capital.
Families will enjoy this area, with many luxurious modern developments nestled amongst the traditional period homes which provide plenty of space. Take a walk along the Victoria Embankment which has some brilliant views of the city’s skyline, and if you head to the Southwest, the area of Victoria has many restaurants, bars and shops to explore, particularly in Cardinal Place. One eatery of note is in the Old Westminster Library which dates back to 1893 and was transformed into an upmarket Indian restaurant in 2001: The Cinnamon Club.
