This luxurious and modern townhome is an architectural stunner

Walking distance to Ventura Blvd.( heart of the Vallery), with shops, restaurants, post office and banks. Near by parks with kids playground; as well as lounges, pubs etc.,

All grocery stores like Gelsons, Vons, Whole foods are in walking distance.

Short distance to Universal Studios, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Hollywood, the world-famous Getty Museum, Kodak Theater, home of the Oscars and Downtown LA.

40 min to LAX, 25 min to Santa Monica and the beaches of Malibu.

1 hr to Disneyland, 1 hr. to Santa Barbara, 2.5 hrs to San Diego, etc.

Conveniently located near 101, 405 Freeways.

This three-leveled property is fully remodeled, modern contemporary designed with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and 2,200 square feet of indoor living space.

Downstairs high ceiling living room with 50” flat screen TV , fireplace and paintings. On the second level, there is a dining room with granite table, seats up to 10 people, breakfast area and office space.

The Chef’s kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, equipped with microwave, juicer, coffee machine, toaster and so on. There are everything you need to prepare and serve food.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The Master bedroom, with a king size bed, flat screen TV and fireplace has a specious bathroom with state of the art shower, Brondell bidet toilet and whirlpool bathtub.

Two other bedrooms are on the other side of this floor have full bathroom with bathtub and shower. One of the bedrooms has a full size bed and a flat screen TV. Third bedroom has a queen size bed.

All three bedrooms have custom made closets.

Outdoor living is second nature to Californians. The first level outside living area complete with a formal dining area inside a cabana, sitting area under umbrella, fountain, stone floors and BBQ grill to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There is also a roof garden with sun bathing lounges to have a romantic time under the stars. Roof Jacuzzi is available for a special request (additional charge).

Safe neighborhood, small gated community, private garage for 2 cars, guests parking available.

EXTRA (no charge): 2 roller bed, pack-n-play for infant/toddler, car seat for infant, buster car seat for toddlers, infant bath tub.

Central air/heating.

Fine Linens, Toiletries, Paper Goods, Wi-Fi, full-access cable TV are included in the rental.

All utilities are paid by the host, just like a hotel!

An amazing experience from start to finish! You wont be dissapointed!

Wow! What a gem! The owners were more than accommodating. Conveniently located minutes from 2 major freeways, it seemed we were close to everything! Myself, my daughter and granddaughter had more than enough room to have our own space. Both roof top and floor patios are dreamy. They are perfectly groomed with plants and flowers. There's shade as well as open sun area's. The main patio has a great BBQ, with outside seating for 6, the top was perfect for sun worshipping. With the hot tub at night for relaxing and star gazing.We never wanted to leave! Leaving snowy Canada for some California sunshine, we had no idea we would enjoy our living space so much! Don't fill your calendar! Your going to want to hang 'home' a day or two just to enjoy the space. We rearranged ours : ) The master bedroom is large enough that all 3 of us napped together. In the evening, our toddler bathed while the two of us got ready for bed in the ensuite! The kitchen has every appliance you could need or want!The updated washer and dryer on the main floor meant no laundry when we got home. We felt absolutly safe in this gated community. The garage has space for 2 vehicles There is a bit of stair climbing, so if you can't do stairs, this wouldn't be for you : ( Spotless and comfortable, we can't find anything to complain about. With dish television and wireless internet we wanted for nothing. Sound surround inside and out. The ad doesn't even metion the wet bar in the living room! With a convenient rolling bar, this served well for evening cocktails on the patio. The owers have every particular you might need so check it out before shopping!
We know we will be back on our next visit. Without a doubt!

Very enjoyable stay

Excellent townhouse in Tarzana!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, spacious, very clean, and well appointed unit! Everything was there we could want: all the furnishings, appliances, kitchen tools, bedding, etc. The garage was big and clean. The whole development is in a quiet location and very secure. We enjoyed waking up every morning and looking through the many windows at the sunlit outside. We only wish we had more time in CA so we could skip some days of sightseeing and just stay inside and enjoy the unit and its big rooms and wonderful outside spaces. Speaking of sightseeing, Tarzana is very conveniently located to many places of interest, so most things in LA are within a 20 or 30 minute drive at most. There are many good restaurants and shops within a few minutes drive of the unit as well, so if you just want to stay in the Tarzana area and relax for the day, you will find plenty to do/eat.

The owners were very easy to deal with, payments were processed seamlessly, and we got our refund immediately. We can't wait to go back and recommend this unit to anyone (who doesn't mine climbing a few easy and broad stairs between floors).

AMAZING HOUSE!

WOW!!! This was such an amazing experience. We never rented a house before vs a hotel and staying at this house was so awesome. The owners were easy to work with and wanted us to have a great stay. The home was decorated so beautifully it made me want to live there! You really get it all here: great space, exquisitely clean, peaceful outdoor area, great space, jacuzzi on rooftop, amazing amenities and so close to the highway for travels. When I go back to LA I will definitely stay here again. Beautiful home. Thank you.

Excellent home away from home

We came to LA to visit my family and to do some sight seeing. We rented this townhouse for a week. The place is awesome. Very clean and spacious. I love the outdoor area. It's just lovely! Private and cozy. Great place to rest after a busy day. We will definitely rent it again on our next visit.
