Great Experience

Our group of 6 stayed at the Gray Door in April 2015 and had a great time. The townhouse was exactly as described and very clean. We ate out the entire weekend but the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook dinner. Also Magnolia Café is right down the block (few minutes walking) and a great place to grab a meal. A gas station is located next to the café if you need to pick up any last minute supplies for your stay. The townhouse is located in a great area and very close to anywhere you would want to go in Austin. We called Ubers the entire weekend and every place we went was between $10 and $15. Kevin was very professional and I got my deposit back within a few days. He was great to deal with and I would definitely rent from him again.

Perfect Accommodations!

Had to find local accommodations for 3 gentlemen colleagues. This place was within walking distance of the office, it was clean and with just the perfect amount of privacy for three colleagues to 'get along' on their down-time. Highly recommended! Will definitely use again!

This was the best home, so close to all that Austin has to offer, also close to town lake which has some awesome restaurants. Very accommodating to a group of guys looking for a weekend in Austin! Large backyard to hang out in with a cool, the owner is really great! Answered all of our questions! We were very happy with our stay and hope to stay here again!

Great Property

Enjoyed an excellent stay during our time in Austin. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Spent two nights with five friends from college and the house provided plenty of room for us. Close to some fun spots and a quick Uber away from the downtown area. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic rental

Excellent stay in Austin. We were there the week of the USA Cyclocross Nationals. The townhouse was very nice, super clean, the owners very accomodating, the proximity to Zilker was awesome. We could ride to Zilker quicker than we could drive on the bike paths. The kitchen was missing pots/pans, but because someone had rented both sides and put them in the other unit. The owner came over almost immediately with a new set. On the last day, the races were postponed and we needed to stay an extra day. The owner was super repsonsive and let us stay with a late check out on Monday. Thanks again for everything. Next time in Austin we will be back.

Wonderful Stay in a Great Unit

I recently stayed in two units from this owner, and could not have been more pleased with our experience! The units were clean and well appointed, making it easy to turn into our home base for the weekend.

The living and kitchen area was nice and open, making it easy to hang out in a group and entertain.

The owner was very flexible with us re: check in and check out times, and was very congenial in replying to any questions we had leading up to and during our stay (things like nearby coffee shops, grocery stores, etc--all of which are close by). The neighbors managing the other rental were also very kind and generous to our group--they even made us homemade guacamole for our first night.
