Welcome to this 3-bedroom, 1 3/4 bathroom apartment on the third floor of a quiet and secure building with an elevator. Enjoy a comfortable kitchen, a spacious living room, a dinning room and a sun flooded sitting area. Each of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds. Two of the bedrooms are air conditioned and the rest of the apartment has ceiling fans. There is onsite gated parking for one car.
The apartment itself is comfortable and filled with light. The bedrooms are large, and have ample closet space. The kitchen is well equipped and designed for ease of use.
Situated at the end of a short street in the Miramar section of San Juan, this apartment is in an ideal location; there are more than 20 restaurants within walking distance! You’ll have access to a range of cuisine from local fare to French gourmet menus and outstanding Peruvian food. The Miramar district is well known and appreciated for its unique art-deco architecture and the feeling that it is like a small enclave within the greater San Juan area. Soraya Sesto and Noel Quiñones are well known in the educational, artistic and philanthropic communities in Puerto Rico. Together they have created Casa Grande Interactive Communications. Noel is an accomplished, double Emmy award winning filmmaker. He has produced full length and short films; both feature and documentary. After the release of his feature film Flight of Fancy in 2000, Noel and Soraya were invited to conduct a series of motivational talks for the Puerto Rico Department of Education. Moved by the opportunity to provide additional tools to help students excel, Noel and Soraya dedicated two years to developing Operation Éxito, a broad-reaching innovative program to help students across the Americas to improve their academic achievement in the core areas of mathematics and science. For more than ten years, Operation Éxito has been hosting online and live academic competitions. The grand prize every year has been a $100,000.00 scholarship for the winner to use while attending the university of their choice. To date, thousands of students have benefited from the academic and motivational structure of Operation Éxito. (Éxito means success.)

The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, with lots of restaurants and facilities in the area and a very safe place if you want to walk in the evening. It´s right next to Condado and Viejo San Juan and have access to the main road which connects San Juan with the rest of the island and short trip to the airport. The apartment was very comfy, clean and everything looked like new. The owners were very kind and helpful. A place a will definitely rent again next time I´m in Puerto Rico!
The charming colonial city of Old San Juan is two miles away. This seven block area is packed with restaurants and night spots, spectacular views of cobblestone paved streets, Old Spanish forts, the Atlantic Ocean and San Juan Bay. History is alive and in the air of Old San Juan!
The El Yunque Rain Forest is another site that you can't miss while in Puerto Rico. A 45 minute drive from your apartment is all it takes to see the beautiful landscape in El Yunque. There are plenty of opportunities to hike and enjoy nature, including Coco Falls, the Watchtower and other sites.
Astronomy fans will surely enjoy the Radio Observatory in Arecibo, an enormous and impressive site with interesting exhibits. Coupled with the observatory, 1 hour west of San Juan, the Camuy Caves are also a site worth seeing.
