About Vicki Malone
Vicki Malone was born and raised in Alaska. As a girl she came to the 'cabin' on Lake Lucille with her family to enjoy the wonderful summers full of water skiing, swimming, site seeing and hiking. She lives in Bethel, Alaska and enjoys time at Lake Lucille with her four granddaughters. In 2009, she tore down the old cabin and built a 3 bedroom home on the Lake. She named the new house 'Bob's Bungalow' after her dad.
Vicki Malone purchased this house in 2009
Why Vicki Malone chose Wasilla
I want to retire on Lake Lucile. The Matanuska Valley is the heart land of southcentral Alaska. You experience the wild beauty of Alaska within minutes of all the conveniences of shopping and within an hour of the big City.
What makes this house unique
This is a great home to enjoy Alaska. The day trips from here are great. I am especially fond of Hatcher Pass, the Matanuska Glacier. I love spending the day in Talkeetna and taking the train to Hurricaine Gulch. I love coming home and watching the sunset on the lake. I have the morning sun on the deck. There are days when I don't leave the Lake. It is too beautiful and relaxing.
