Great relaxing vacation!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple. We had an amazing time and the condo was exactly what we were looking for! It was clean, well maintained and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the porch. It was a quick walk to the beach which allowed us to come in for lunch every day. The apartment had chairs, umbrellas, a grill, and the use of a stand up paddle board. We were also really happy with the location of the condo. We were able to take a bus into town for $2 a person for dinner, but felt like we had our own private beach. Walking along the beach it also seemed liked the nicest beach in the area. There were a few restaurants within walking distance and a short cab ride to others. Also, we found it really helpful that the supermarket was almost next door, allowing us to make multiple trips to restock!

Excellant property in an excellant location.

This being the 2nd year in a row renting we are again extremely satisfied with the property,the condo itself(Windsong #3)and the great proximity to Seven Mile beach and Georgetown.I would consider this a luxury unit with all the necessary amenities to make a persons stay stress free.Thanks again the Bote's

Fantastic vacation on the island

We just returned from a wonderful stay in the Cayman Islands. The location is in the West Bay and steps from beautiful Seven Mile Beach. You can walk to a grocery store or a few restaurants and the Heritage Kitchen is not to be missed for some authentic Cayman cuisine in a casual environment. The condo itself is accurately represented on the web site and was well appointed. Although there were 6 adults there was plenty of room. The kitchen is spacious with lots of work space for food prep. There is an outside porch for dining or just relaxing. Snorkeling equipment, kayaks and a paddle board were also available for use.

Morne, the host, could not have been more responsive. From my initial contact and throughout the rental procedure he promptly responded to all my questions.

I would recommend this rental property without hesitation. We hope to be back!

Wonderful Vacation!

We loved our stay at the condo! It was SO close to the beach which was perfect. Morne was super accomodating. He provided so many things for our toddler that we didn't have to bring anything, which was such a nice change from our usual travel. The condo was well appointed and had everything we could need. It was also walking distance from a grocery and two restaurants that were delicious. Morne really thought of everything!

I think the only thing I would change is more chairs by the beautiful pool:)

Amazing In Every Way Possible

When you're responsible for finding a nice place to stay on a tropical island for a family of 6, you want to make sure you find a great place for everyone. Well, mission accomplished. Not only did I find a place that fit 6 adults comfortably, I found a place that was beyond perfect in not only comfort, beauty, but accessibility. It was the perfect rental and everyone in the family agrees. We can't thank Morne and Shani enough for sharing such a wonderful home.

The house was gorgeous. It has beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, a snuggly couch, and lovely bathrooms. Everything is modern and well kept. You couldn't ask for a more cozy and comfortable place to call home for a week.

One of the important things for our family was to find a rental that was a bit off the beaten path but not by too much. The house is not a far drive from Seven Mile Beach but is just far enough. We basically had our own beach. It was brilliant. The beach is easily accessible. You can sit and soak up the sun or go snorkeling right off the beach. We were also located just a short walk from Cemetery beach which is a hot spot for snorkeling.

Another great convenience was that we could cook a lot of our meals. The house has a beautiful kitchen and there is a grocery store just around the corner. Dining out can be costly, so, it was priceless to have a kitchen to make meals, snacks and cocktails at cost. There is also a beautiful balcony were we ate many of our meals or just read books.

We decided to not rent a car, which we thought might be a problem, but it turned out it wasn't an issue at all. There is a grocery store right around the corner as well as a pharmacy and bank, which is easily walkable. And we are now obsessed and impressed with the local bus service! It is so easy to access the bus. You can pick them up anywhere along their routes. We were able to get to Turtle Farm (I going one direction) and down to Seven Mile Beach/Georgetown (the other direction), no problem. Really cost efficient.

It was an absolutely perfect vacation rental and Morne was so wonderful to work with for planning out trip and taking care of us during the whole week. He was so responsive and just amazing. We really can’t thank him and his family enough.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for the great review. Just to Clarify, we are on Seven Mile Beach. Boggy Sand Road is the last part of SMB with residential houses. The Hotel part of SMB is a few minutes walk away and that is why we have such a tranquil and quiet beach.

Quiet, Relaxing Escape!

This trip was a celebration for our family. My wife was celebrating her birthday, my oldest son turned 21 on the trip and my youngest son just graduated high school. We had a lot to be excited about! Morne picked us up at the airport. This is the first time on vacation where the owner provided car service too! He is great! He took us around and showed us some key spots on the island. It was very helpful. I knew when he told us that renters were booking repeat visits a year in advance, that we were going to enjoy it.

This condo is very nice! The furniture and features are all top of the line. Our kids were very impressed. This was probably the nicest place we've stayed at on vacation. We spent hours sitting on the covered patio. It's a great spot to be when a tropical rain storm rolls thru.

The pool is great, complete with outdoor shower to rinse off in after being down on the beach. The beach is just across the alley and is easy to get to, even if you're carrying chairs, a cooler, etc.. The snorkeling just off the beach is awesome! There is so much to see and there's a ship that is sunk about 200 yards off the shore that you can kayak out to and check out.

There aren't many negatives with this place. Maybe some newer, nicer bikes to cruise around the island with? I really didn't have any complaints. When Morne sent over a bottle of rum as a congratulatory gesture to my son for his graduation, I knew that this guy gets it!

We had a great time and would definitely go back!
