“a neighborhood like north beach is a rare thing. It manages to be a perennial hit with tourists as well as remain beloved by san franciscans. It is best known as “little italy” and of all the neighborhoods in san francisco, north beach feels most like new york. The bustling sidewalls filled with tables of diners chowing down on pizza and fried calamari, the small, quirky specialty shops, and the plethora of bakeries, delis and old fashioned bars combine in a vibrant, changing neighborhood.” sf.- chronicle.

“north beach is san francisco’s best loved neighborhood. Within its border are all things that made the city famous – food, literature, cable cars, music, movies, funky bars, good coffee, rollercoaster streets, great views and bohemian life.” times – uk
I'm originally from Texas, but have lived in San Francisco for over 10 years now. I love art, jogging the embarcadero, learning new things, and sharing great experiences with my friends and family. I couldn't ask for anything more in San Francisco, from great healthy food, always having something to do, and a story at every corner!
Eli purchased this apartment in 2010
I fell in love with the neighborhood years ago. This apartment is a stones throw away from amazing restaurants, nightlife, and 360 - breathtaking city views at Coi Tower! You're 5 minutes from almost everything you could want to do in San Francisco. Safe at night. And I love the live Music every night at Grant street (two blocks away). But luckily, it IS two blocks away, because this one bedroom is so quiet compared to most other SF units I've lived in.
Beautifully remodeled, radiant floor heating, kitchen bult for entertaining, surround sound throughout, jetted spa tub and rain shower. In SF, ALL the adorable Edwardians are amazing, but NONE have been updated (almost none :) or remodeled to the level THIS building has. The radient floor heating allows you to enjoy the beautiful fog, from the warmth inside our unit. Also, our water heater units allow you to take hot showers as long as you want (also not a luxury you usually get to enjoy in an older Edwardian building). The Airplay is great to in the morning when getting ready for work (or in your case - vacation:) I love this unit because you get to enjoy Famous San Francisco Edwardian home, with all the new amenities and technologies of today :)
Couldn't have been happier with the location and the apartment. Eli was such s great person to work with. If you are traveling with friends/family, this is a grat place to get multiple apartments and enjoy evenings/in-home meals together. Close to everything and a great choice.
It was a great place to stay, very modern and in a great SF neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and extremely responsive.
Would most likely stay there on my next trip back to SF.
Clean, nice, so close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to others. The owner was extremely helpful and available as needed.
We loved this condo and all of its amenities. Fabulous kitchen, quiet neighborhood, washer & dryer, spa like bath, easy access to grocery, restaurants and transportation. Only dislikes were the queen size bed,(we prefer king) and the jute rug in the bedroom was not comfortable to walk on.
This is a newly remodeled place, with everything you might need for a vacation rental: from washer/dryer to fully equipped kitchen, even a wine refrigerator! You can catch a glimpse of the Golden Gate Bridge from the living room, but the view of downtown from the bedroom is the best, especially at night. Just a few blocks from many great restaurants, and a short couple blocks up the hill to Coit Tower and more views of the city. We're looking forward to another visit at the end of February.
My sisters and I spent a fabulous long weekend in this modern and comfortable apartment. The location is fantastic - we walked everywhere or it was super easy to call an Uber car! We loved being able to walk around North Beach for breakfast, lunch/dinner, and/or drinks any time. We had fantastic weather and enjoyed the hilly climb to Coit Tower and even walked down to Fisherman's Wharf, rented bikes, and cycled across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito (ferry back).
Eli is very responsive and cares a lot about the guest experience, which was evident in all of our dealings with her. The unit was immaculate. The master bedroom was very spacious and the bed comfortable; the sleeper sofa in the living room was just average in terms of comfort (if you are traveling with others make sure to get first dibs on the bedroom!). I liked having a washer/dryer in the unit. I would for sure recommend the apartment and would most definitely stay again at our next opportunity to be in San Francisco.
