The location is within walking distance to the beach and easy access to all the amenities.

Good but could be improved

The location was as expected and is convenient to beach and many restaurants. The property was clean and had the amenities listed. Toaster and coffee pot could use an upgrade. Some of the cutlery is old and could be replaced. Wish there were stools for the bar. Had a problem with GCFI outlets but it was resolved. Shower head in bathroom behind kitchen is terrible.

Dockside 404

Our condo was beautiful and clean!! Loved the beautiful sunrise view right outside our room daily!! One block walk to the beach. It was perfect for myself and my family. We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend Dockside 404!!

Could use a cleaning

When we checked in we found all beds made with dirty sheets. Hair and sand in every bed. Management did offer us tickets for something fun to do as I didn’t want to wait for a cleaning crew to correct the issue and washed them myself. This unit could benefit from a deep clean and maybe a fresh coat of paint. The walls are filled with smudges and dirt from what I would imagine are finger prints and the cabinets in the kitchen is covered in gunk from not being cleaned, the appliances covered in dust from lack of wiping down. Plumbing needs to be addressed with slow flushing toilets and there was barely any hot water when needed. The location is great for walking to the beach and around Clearwater but this unit was a disappointment. I’ve stayed in other units in this building and enjoyed it in years past but probably would choose to stay in this listing again.

Wonderful family getaway

We rented 404 Dockside -husband,wife son, daughter in law and 2 granddaughters 7 & 4 1/2 for 2 weeks. We had a fabulous time the condo was clean and decorated beautifully. The location was within walking distance to the beach, and restaurants. We will definitely be back.
