About Sylvie

We are a couple from Canada who took over the condo of our parents. This is a property that was acquired in 1977 and it is rented only since 2012.

Its location on the only road that leads to the beach and direct access. All concrete construction gives it strength against weather and walls which we do not hear the neighbors. And especially the community that lives there. Pleasant residents who respect the rules of the condo.

Family Vacation - February 13th - 20th

We stayed here with our son and his fiancé. The condo is the perfect size for two couples. The best part is the terrace. Everything you need is in the condo. On most days the breeze through all of the windows was sufficient to cool the condo. There were a couple of days when there were no breezes, but the bedroom air conditioners were enough. The wireless internet worked well both in the condo and on the terrace. The building is very secure with all entrances controlled. The beach is just a few steps away from the pool entrance. There were beach chairs available but we didn't use them. The pool area is clean with chairs available for lounging. There were 3 restaurants right next to the pool area of the condo. The one called the 3rd base has lousy service so we only ate there once. The other two get very busy around dining time. On the weekend we could hear the Water Beach Club's rooftop bar, however, we just put ear plugs in and it was not a problem. My son is already talking about returning and booking this condo.

You describe the condo and the area with very precises observations and yes it is true for the noise from the bar at the end of the street on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays but at the same time if you put the air conditioners it can buffer the music for a couple of hours. The condo was unbelivable!!!

The condo was great. Two big rooms and the terrassessss!!! WOW! we spent all our times on them, Eating at the appartment was a great plus...the kitchen is fully equiped (rather small) but well furnished. We felt right at home with the very private terrasses, did I mentioned terrassessss! WOW on top on the world! Very well located, walking distance of the grocery store (including wines and alcohol) Great private parking. Right on the beach, which was not crowded, nice pool, very quiet, very secure, I would go back every year! restaurants near by (walking distance)

I would recommend this condo to all my friends, actually I did:)

Penthouse was clean and in good shape.

Using the penthouse was very pleasant, permanent sunny sky during the whole stay. The proximity to the beach was really appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped and is very convenient. We tried a few restaurant nearby: WBC hotel 5 star restaurant, Mariott hotel buffet restaurant and Outback Steakhouse at the Embassy hotel; all of them were very good. Fast food retaurant as Pizza Hutt, Taco Bell, KFC, Burger King, Ponderosa steakhouse, Church Chicken, etc.. are very close (within 5 minute walk). Also there are few quick lunch provider directly on the beach. We did not need to rent a car, everything is very close and the taxi system is very good and not expensive. We tried a catamaran trip and snorkle to see the tropical fish in the area and the Ocean Sports boutique did very well in organizing the trip for us. Sea Doo, banana boat and kyte surfing are available on the beach.

The area was very noisy especially during the week end night because of the discotheque located within a block from the penthouse; a better sound barrier at the windows of the bedrooms would have been appreciated since we could not used the ear plug to sleep. I would recommend the property to friends and family

Yes, in fact there is plenty of opportunity for gourmet restaurants as well as snacks around the condominium and the living is easy and enjoyable. The porto ricans are reputated to be partygoers and for some, noisy night life may seem unusual. This condo is very well located and we intend to continue to do improvements and investments for the benefit of our guests.

Excellent Penthouse, vue sur la mer et à proximité de la plage ISLA VERDE, réputée pour être la meilleure plage du SAN JUAN, proche du vieux San Juan et à côté de l’hôtel El San Juan pour ceux qui aiment les soirées glamour et le CASINO.

Localisation pratique, pas loin de l’aéroport, à 5 minutes de marche d’un hypermarché ouvert 24 sur 24, et desservi par 2 lignes principales du réseau de transport public.

Le Penthouse à une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. La terrasse est aménagé avec du mobilier, fauteuils, table à manger, causeuse, un aménagement de plantes et fleurs tropicales, pour pouvoir profiter de la vue et la fraîcheur de la mer lors d’un souper ou tout simplement prendre une bière en fin de journée.

L’orientation du penthouse fait en sorte qu’il est traversé par la brise des vents alizés et cela dans toutes les salles et chambres à coucher et la fraîcheur est toujours assurée, même dans des journées avec une chaleur extrême. Pas besoin d’air conditionné pour dormir et cela est un grand atout pour moi!!

L’appartement est équipe avec service Internet et WIFI, laveuse, sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, machine expresso pour les passionnés du bon café ainsi que l’exclusivité d’une place de stationnement dans un garage privé couvert. La piscine privée est idéale pour les enfants et pour s’offrir une alternative quand le soleil frappe fort.

Les restaurants au premier niveau du bâtiment offrent des mets rapides de bonne qualité, idéale pour les midis ensoleillés quand on ne veut pas s’éloigner de la plage pour aller manger.

Coup de cœur pour ce penthouse, j’ai hâte d’y revenir.

Excelente Pent-house, frente al mar

Excelente Pent-house, frente al mar y en plena playa de ISLA VERDE, reconocida como la mejor playa de SAN JUAN. Cerquita del viejo SAN JUAN y al lado del hotel “El San Juan” para amantes de salidas glamorosas!!!

Ubicación muy práctica, no lejos del aeropuerto, a 5 minutos de marcha de un supermercado abierto las 24 horas los 7 días de la semana y con acceso à 2 líneas principales de transporte público.

La terraza tiene una vista excepcional al mar y está equipada con sillas, mesas, sillones y todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una buena cena frente al mar o una cerveza al final del día.

El pent-house esta siempre fresco por la brisa de los vientos alisios que lo ventilan durante todo el día. Se puede dormir muy bien sin aire acondicionado, mismo en los días más calurosos.

Hay internet WI-FI, larropas, secarropas, lavaplatos, máquina de café expreso para los amantes del buen café, espacio de estacionamiento cubierto. EL edificio cuenta con piscina, lo que es una alternativa ideal para los niños y para escapar al calor intenso a la hora de la siesta.

Los restaurantes en la planta baja proveen comida rápida de buena calidad, ideal para los días en los que no se quiere dejar la playa.

En conclusión, un lugar que recomiendo, espero volver pronto.
