The residence is developed in three levels, overlooking an amazing view of the sea including the islands of moni and angistri and a part of ancient epidavros area. During the daylight, the deep blue is the dominating colour, in the afternoon and during the sunset, an impressive mixture of colours amazes the guest witnessing this view by himself and his/her loved ones.
In terms of the layout, the residence higher level has three bedrooms, one master bedroom en suite with a walk-in closet, two double en-suite bedrooms and one spare wc for the guests. The living room area spreads all the way to the dinning room and to an open kitchen, all of them overlooking the amazing view and connecting the internal area of the villa with the external. The extension of the living room/dinning room/kitchen is a spacious terrace with bamboo furniture and an dinning table.
The second level consists of a living room/dinning room/open kitchen area and three bedrooms. There is also one double en suite bedroom, one double bedroom and a two-single bedded bedroom sharing the same wc. The internal and the external of the house are well connected, and the view is the same but from a lower level.
The third level is the swimming pool & bbq area. This is very spacious and ideal for parties and gatherings. In the swimming pool area there is also a fair storage room and a restroom offering guests the pleasure of a a shower and to freshen-up after they have enjoyed the a swimming pool dive. The view of the swimming pool is the same with the rest of the house.
As aegina is an island, situated very close to athens, the residence is an ideal choice for guests interested in combining athens speedy city life and an island’s relaxing pace of life. A perfect combination for those who want to be close to athens and to feel like being far away from the capital. It is easy to access the city center within less than an hour and have the opportunity of sightseeing and shopping with an easy return back to the island life. This is even easier when combined with a yacht. The choices are numerous.

The residence fully reflects the owner's personality ( and taken its name from), who is also the architect and interior designer of the house. Although, she has no studies in architecture, her artistic nature, drove her to passionately master a science she never had studied before. Every item in the residence is marked by her taste either handpicked or handcrafted by her.
Her ambition was to create a house where she and her husband would enjoy the view of the sea and the tranquillity of living off the city centre, but also to be able to host their children and grandchildren.
The beautiful interior, the way the villa is positioned, so that it absorbs all the daylight, plus the attention to detail in the decoration, made us believe that this villa has all that it takes to become an LMG's villa under management.

High Season: from 17 July 2015- 28 August 2015
30% of the Net Rent within 7 days from receiving Booking Confirmation Form.
The remaining 70% at least four weeks before of the start of the rental period.
For rentals occurring less than 4 weeks before the rental period, the full Rent will be paid from the guest within 7 days from receiving the Booking Confirmation
