The property is located within 10 minutes of downtown Naples, 5th Avenue and the beautiful Gulf beaches.

The Space:
Open up the living room pocket doors to bring the outside in, slip into the heated pool and spa year-round, and wander the tropical English-style garden to pick fresh avocado, lemons, coffee, and oranges in peaceful seclusion. A lush, open green space offers a picture-perfect setting for enjoying games of croquet or badminton, passing leisurely afternoons on swings hanging from moss-clad oaks, and roasting s'mores around the fire pit.

Sleep Like Kings and Queens

Two bedroom wings flank the airy main space of Casa Mariposa. Sleep like royalty in the king-size master suite, made extra-family friendly with a twin daybed and a full-size crib. The en-suite bath is a spa in and of itself with a massive dual-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and a jetted tub for bathing bliss.

Three other uniquely styled bedrooms sleep two guests each, and two more can be accommodated on the living room sofa bed. Two additional full baths promise plenty of space for everyone to scrub down after a day in the sun at Vanderbilt Beach.

Cook, Splash & Play

The culinary-minded folks in your party will adore the gourmet kitchen, where granite counters glimmer, cathedral ceilings soar, and every appliance, tool, and supply is close at hand. Serve meals in two beautiful dining areas — one inside, the other out — and start your mornings with OJ and croissants at a kitchen nook overlooking the pool.

A contemporary-cool living room features pocket doors opening out to the patio, making it easy to relax with a movie or book while keeping track of the kids. Be forewarned — it may be difficult to draw people of all ages away from this heated swim-and-soak paradise. The double garage is an epic converted game space, complete with Ping-Pong, foosball, Wii, and a bean bag toss for endless entertainment.

Casa Mariposa is pet-friendly too, so feel free to bring your fur family along. There’s much to explore for all species here!

Our house is close to downtown Naples and the beaches, however the house is private, so if you want to escape and relax, you have the best of both worlds.

We recommend renting a car or bring your own car.
