Nestled in the hills of Becune Point, in the exclusive Cap Estate, Acacia is a grand, 2-story villa, built in a classic colonial style. The stunning home offers you inspiring views across Pigeon Island National Park to the Caribbean Sea where the neighboring island of Martinique is always visible on clear days.
A long swimming pool of modern design is the focal point of a large tiled terrace. The sun drenched expanse provides you with the perfect setting for basking in the island heat. When you’re ready to cool down, a network of covered verandas and pools provide a perfect shelter where you can sink into cushioned lounge sets and enjoy a book or the view. An outdoor bar and grill is ideal for gathering your guests at dusk for a sunset cocktail party.
Inside, sliding glass doors, screened transoms and large bay windows allow St. Lucia’s famous trade winds to sweep easily through the home. A fully equipped, modern kitchen highlighted by powder blue cabinetry is ready for you when it’s time to create a memorable meal. Guests will wait with anticipation in the vast, open-concept area housing both the dining and living rooms. Whitewashed walls and a bright color palette of green, yellow and fuchsia remind you what island life should truly feel like.
Villa Acacia’s main building has 3 bedrooms, plus, a separate annex houses 2 more bedrooms for guests wishing to host a larger party. Each room is unique, with its own shape, character and color scheme. Air conditioning is found in every room and 2 of the rooms feature en-suite bathrooms. The annex has its own sitting area, kitchenette and large covered patio.
You may never want to leave Acacia’s lush, green property, but if you, adventure is close at hand. The island’s best golf course is just a couple of minutes away, as are several sandy beaches. Gros Islet is about 4 miles away and is perfect for shopping and dining out. Head down to the marina where you can rent a sailboat or organize tours to Pitons or Sulphur Springs.

Very nice villa although somewhat dated, particularly kitchen appliances. Terrific view but the road to get to the villa is terrible. The description advises a 4 wheel vehicle, which we had, but if you need a 4 wheel drive to get to the villa, something needs to be done. Very nice pool and spa. The coordinator, Margaritta, was excellent and incredible helpful. House keeper, Phelomen also very nice.
The Villa was wonderful, and Philomen did a great job taking care of as, as did Myriam. St. Lucia is a wonderful island, and having Villa Acacia as a base of operations is perfect, as it is in an ideal location, with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and Pigeon Island. Having a nice place to come back and relax with a pool and plenty of space beats any resort that we could have stayed at.
The villa was gorgeous, set atop a mountainside with views of the Atlantic on one side and Carribean on the other. Ito overlooked the Pigeon National Forest. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and our housekeeper and driver were so kind. We highly recommend staying at Villa Acacia. Our only complaint was that there was no air cond. in the main areas of the villa and it was a hot time of year.
