Located in very quiet natural surroundings. Wonderful views of Taigatos Mountains (Mani). Surrounded by 4,000 m2 shady olive tree orchard and garden. A 10 minute walk downhill to the beach and 7 km drive to idyllic Koroni, with seafront dining and ancient castle. 50 km from Kalamata airport or a 3,5 hour drive from Athens airport.

Quiet and beautiful property

We loved our stay in this house full of an artist's taste and great facilities. We enjoyed the view and the wild walk to the small beach below. The road up to the house was tricky for older folk, and house martins nested in the lounge and had to be removed energetically with a little help from the management with fish nets! The rest was peace and beauty all the way.

beautiful and quiet place

We booked this lovely house after spending previous summer near Nafplio. The Koroni region is certainly more quiet and since there is no internet service in the house, it was perfect for us. all that is needed for 1 week of family life was found at the house and was given generously. we found suitable privacy for 3 couples, and a cozy living room for the time spent together.we used the unbelievable balcony for dining and for yoga practicing - the clean air and the sea view made it all remarkable experiance. Seashore is within about 10min of steep walk descent/climbing (you can also reach the seashore by car by semi-paved road). this sandy beach is beautiful, clean and not crowded. the region offers many activities like hiking, sailing and seeing local life. good restaurants are available all around (10-20km, Koroni is 10 min. by road). The only downside is the last 50m of dirt-road leading to the house that was difficult for us to drive by the small rented car. we spent a great week there and would be happy to be back

Wunderschöne Lage mit Nähe zu schönen Sandstränden und Schnorchelküste. Alles Notwendige vorhanden.

Die Terrasse mit ihrem Blick über Olivenbäume und 150° Meerblick ist unbezahlbar! Keine unmittelbar angrenzenden Nachbarhäuser. Schnelles WLAN, Spül- und Waschmaschine sind an diesem Ort ein Luxus. Tolles Wetter in der ersten Novemberwoche mit Meer 24-25° und Luft 22-26°. Niko‘s Taverne in Vasilitsi auch nach 35 Jahren noch ein Highlight zum Essengehen. Gerne wieder!

Super schönes Haus in Toller Lage und einer einzigartigen Aussicht

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an in das Haus und seine Lage verliebt. Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend für uns und unsere Kinder. Es gibt sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe (mit dem Auto), wir haben tolle Restaurants gefunden und uns einfach wohlgefühlt. Das Haus hat eine tolle Ausstattung, war sehr sauber und ist toll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Das Highlight ist der Ausblick auf das Meer ob am Abend von der Terrasse oder am Morgen auf den Sonnenaufgang aus dem Schlafzimmer.

Why they chose this property

Never returning to the same place twice, we did fall in love with the Koroni area and found this very pretty plot to build our own house with the unforgettable view and atmosphere to really enjoy the wonders of Greek life.

What makes this property unique

For people who can appreciate the beauty and quiet of nature and like to enjoy the Greek way of living. Maybe visit Olympia or go to Epidauris. Within easy reach of Athens (3,5 h) and Kalamata (1 h). Also within reach from Italy (Venice or Ancona) by Ferry.
