This townhouse is recently purchased and equipped - the furniture, bedding and linen are all new.

There are 2 bedrooms - the main bedroom has a queen bed, large built-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, a built-in wardrobe and an adjacent family bathroom with bath. The open plan downstairs provides flexible living space. The fully-equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, cooktop and oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house has both a shady verandah at the front and a sheltered garden at the back. There is off-street parking. Although the address is Darling Street, the house itself is just down Colgate Avenue, a quiet street where you often wake to the sound of kookaburras.

The house is 50 metres from the bus stop on Darling Street, with a frequent bus service which takes 15 minutes to the CBD. It is even quicker from the neighbouring ferry wharf which is only a five minute walk away.
