A memorable place to live and enjoy Sydney& iconic views.

This air conditioned renovated two bedroom apartment with an undercover car space has a good balcony looking north east with panoramic views across Sydney Harbour to the iconic Sydney Harbour bridge, city buildings and to North Sydney. The ferry wharf is just a short walk with regular services sailing to the city centre or Darling Harbour in 10 minutes. Alternatively nearby is a city bus stop which goes through the nearby Balmain shopping,cafes area to the southern end of the city centre.

As it overlooks the harbour it means it has lovely sea breezes to enjoy. There are airconditioners for warmth or cool air in the lounge and main bedroom

It is very nicely furnished with suede lounges, large flat screen TV, DVD, new kitchenware, stove, dishwasher, microwave and in the separate internal laundry, a new clothes washing machine & separate dryer.

The bathroom is newly renovated offering shower and bath.

The timber dining table looks towards the harbour and great view to enhance your eating experience.

There is a very comfortable queen bed with a soft leather bedhead & sidetable with lamp plus plenty of built in storage wardrobes.

The second bedroom is very spacious enough to have a double pull down bed with an attached built in shelf unit. There is a movable rack for hanging clothes. Also this bedroom has a large study desk looking out to the harbour views. There is also a large linen storage cupboard in the hallway.The apartment is located in an older style lo-rise residential block but this apartment is only a few steps up down the ground floor security entry door so very easily accessed.

All in all, a memorable place to live and enjoy Sydneys iconic views and trendy Balmain lifestyle with its pubs, restaurants and cafes just a stroll away..
