Modern two bedroom / two bathroom with large terrace and spectacular views

Come relax in this well-appointed, modern and comfortable apartment in the beautifully landscaped El Soto de Marbella urbanization in the coastal hills of the Elviria area of Marbella, part of a UNESCO biosphere reserve.

The centrally air-conditioned apartment accomodates up to six people in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area with Smart TV/home theater system and sleeper sofa and love seat, 6-person dining table, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washer and large terrace from which you will enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean coast, Sierra Nevada and the golf course from the sitting area or from the 6-person patio table. Both bedrooms have built-in closets with drawers and the master has an en suite bath with walk-in shower and bath tub and a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. Broadband internet with dedicated Wifi router and television service with sports package are included.

The apartment has an elevator that goes from the garage to the apartment directly with no steps.

At ‘El Soto’ complex tenants enjoy free access to amenities including pools, one of them heated, clubhouse, executive golf course, fitness center, tennis, paddle and children’s playground. El Soto Restaurant and clubhouse is a few minutes walk and features a relaxing and fun atmosphere with organized events and beautiful terrace dining with outstanding views, hot tub/spa, sauna, fitness center and dressing rooms.

I am from Jaen, Spain and Ed from St. Augustine, Florida. We met in Jaen during “Semana Santa” (spring break) nearly three decades ago. We have two teenagers and live in Southlake, Texas.

We always knew we wanted to have an apartment in Spain and fell in love with this one because of the high quality facilities and tranquil surroundings while still being so close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, cultural attractions, and our favorite activities—Ed playing golf and skiing, and I playing tennis.

Breathtaking views! On a clear day, from the apartment terrace enjoy morning coffee with views of the coast and Sierra Nevada and, in the evening from nearby hilltop panoramic overlooks, treat yourself to spectacular sunset sillouhettes of the African coastline and Gibraltar.

We could not have found a more quiet and neat apartment, everything brand new and as described in the adverticement. The garden are gorgeus,and very well maintain, a luxury, only heard birds of all kinds, it is true you need a car to go down to Marbella (10 minutes) but worth it, in return you can enjoy absolute privacy and golf club within walking distance.

We missed a few stools in the kitchen but nothing more; agency reception, cleaning, supplies, decoration, very good. It was sad not being able to spend more time,

No podíamos haber encontrado un apartamento mas tranquilo y cuidado, todo a estrenar y tal y como lo describe el anuncio.Los jardines preciosos, y tan cuidados ¡¡ , un lujo,solo se oían pajaritos de todo tipo alrededor.Cierto que necesitas coche para bajar a Marbella ( 10 mts ) pero vale la pena, a cambio se disfruta de una privacidad absoluta y el club de golf a un paso.

Echamos de menos unos taburetes en la cocina pero nada más;La recepción de la agencia, limpieza,útiles,decoración,realmente bien.Una pena no haber podido pasar mas tiempo, gracias.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful resort community!

Our family of four had an excellent holiday this past week at Lola's beautiful place in Ojen. The layout of the apartment is really clever, the furnishings very nice, and the location is magical. The views from the terrace are gorgeous, and the pools and gardens are just stunning. Our young sons had so much fun playing in the pools, I loved the fitness center, and it was really convenient to have a nice restaurant at the clubhouse for a couple of our meals while we were there. There were some issues with the electrical service while we were there, but the management company - particularly Delmira & David - did a really nice job taking care of them and keeping us informed. Lola sent a nice bottle of wine and some cheese for the trouble. Thank you! We took day trips from Ojen - one to Granada to see the Alhambra, and one into Marbella - but we were quite content to relax around the apartment and pools. What a vacation!

WONDERFUL!

We enjoyed this lovely apartment in a superb location in Elviria/Marbella from Jan to the end of March. The apartment is fully equipped, lovely comfortable bed, fantastic shower, warm and cosy in the winter months. The entertainment centre allowed us to use our Ipod, to watch current events, and movies as well as movies on DVD's. We enjoyed the tennis and golf at the location, and if the weather had not been so perfect for outdoor activities, we would have used the gym. The clubhouse is a great spot to meet people and socialize, important to us as we were there for three months, and the food is excellent and reasonably priced. Its easy to get groceries and enjoy other parts of the Costa del Sol from this location. All in all a great apartment in a great location.

Peaceful holiday apartment with stunning view

We stayed for 1 week in this comfortable apartment in Elviria and had a fantastic time. The location is peaceful, great views to the mountains and sea and the surrounding garden with palm trees and mediterranean plants. The flat is as nice as shown on the photos and offers everything you need for a nice, relaxing time. We recommend a trip to Jerez, Ronda and Granada. Many Thanks to Lola and Ana- we would definitely come back to this great place.

An apartment & view that relaxes mind and muscle.

Our flight was delayed from Philadelphia on a Sunday evening. The specifics of which I will reserve for a letter to US AIrways.

Walking into the apartment and looking from the patio relieved all tension. With spectacular views overlooking the Mediterrenean, the snow covered Sierra Nevada mountains, and city of Fuengirola, I knew the correct choice of accomodation for the next 10 days was made.

The apartment is located high in the hills, 5 minutes from Elviria and 11 km from Cala de Mijas by auto. A short walk on a clear day to the restaurant/spa, via the executive golf course offers a view of the mountains of Africa. Exhilarating!

Everything one needs to feel at home is provided; kitchen with untensils, washing machine, hair dryer to the well appointed furniture, you have it all in this apartment with quality finishing.

While I might suggest a bottle of bubbly or some other liquid elixir after a long flight and drive, the apartment along with it's convenience and comfort can't be overstated. I look forward to staying here again. RR

FABULOUS CONDO AND OWNER/MANAGER

Four of us had a fabulous stay in this beautiful condo. It was furnished with every amenity and was spotless upon our arrival. Unlike most places we stayed, underground parking was convenient and included. We enjoyed the lovely terrace with a beautiful view and it was a welcome treat to stay home and dine during our 1 month trip to Spain. The excellent Elvira location was between Malaga and Marbella, and there were stores and restaurants very close. We also dined at the Country Club in the complex and had a wonderful 2 for 1 Steak Dinner. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I LEFT BEHIND MY JEWELRY BOX WHICH WAS FOUND AND IS BEING SHIPPED TO ME!! Lola, the owner, and Delmira, the property manager, were most helpful and informative about all aspects of our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all our friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this immaculate, well-equipped condo to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation home at a reasonable price within the greater Marbella area. Use of the club house and two sets of golf clubs were added benefits. When an electrical problem occurred during a bank holiday, the rental property manager quickly dispatched an electrician to fix it, although most businesses were closed that day. Probably, if we had realized in advance that a 10-minute drive up a steep and winding road was required to reach the unit, we would not have selected this condo and would have missed out on a beautiful setting, with breathtaking views of surrounding mountains and the sea.

The old town of Marbella is a typical small Andalucia town with narrow streets,white walls and a town square called the Orange Square with cute boutiques with hand made clothing and jewelry, local cafés,restaurants and bars where you can shop and relax. The old castle wall and the Cathedral are worth it a visit. If you go the second week of June, make sure to visit the Marbella 'Feria' or Festival.

If you are a tennis lover, we are 3 minutes from Hofsaess tennis academy! and if you are a golf lover, we have our 9 hole golf course on site,but there are many around us less then 15 minutes from the apartment like La Cala Golf Resort with David Leadbetter golf academy.
