We are the home owners, Sue & Brian. We were both born and raised in coastal Maine and have lived here our entire lives except for a short time in Florida. We've lived in Kennebunkport for 13 years now, owning and operating a jewelry store in Dock Square since moving here in 2000. We work here, play here and raise our kids in this special little town.
Brian purchased this house in 2007
Why Brian chose Kennebunkport
We really wanted to raise our children in a small coastal town in Maine and fell in love with Kennebunkport for so many reasons. It has wonderful local activities and schools as well as close proximity to culture centers like Portland, and Boston. We love our quiet little neighborhood, which is nicely located midway between Dock Square and Cape Porpoise. We use the sidewalks routinely for walking, running and biking into town and down to the pier, only a mile away.
What makes this house unique
Large and open concept home with a spacious yard for playing catch or a game of hide and seek. The large deck is great for entertaining, sun-bathing or eating outside during those beautiful Maine evenings. The house sits up high at the very end of the neighborhood cul-de-sac, which gives us a great view of the neighborhood and lots of privacy.
