Welcome to this beautiful Cape Cod oasis! Completely renovated and immaculate ranch located on a beautiful corner lot in a great neighborhood for walking, biking and quickly getting wherever you want! Every year we invest in new upgrades for the property, with major updates in 2021 including a completely renovated, bright open concept kitchen with a breakfast bar separation to the large living room. The bathroom was also completely remodeled floor to ceiling with all new fixtures. A mudroom was added to store all of your grab and go vaca necessities and breezy access to the back patio. New lighting throughout the home makes the home just as bright during the evening hours as during the day when the sunlight beams through. Decor and paint, inspired by the colors of summer and the beach, will instantly relax you. Central Air Conditioning will keep you cool on those hot summer days. Sip your coffee on the back patio, barbecue on the gas grill or watch your kids play in the huge back yard from the comfort of the Adirondack chairs. Load your car with the coolers, beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys (all provided for your convenience!) and head to Smuggler's Beach, 5 minutes away without ever having to get on Route 28! After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower. A nice night in is no problem with a kitchen loaded with everything you can imagine, Smart TVs, DVD player, Bose speakers, games, ect. Home from home

Ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood and yet only three minutes drive from all of the local amenities. Tracy was very helpful prior to our arrival in providing advice / suggestions to enable us to quickly settle into the property. The house was perfect for our week stay and was well stocked with household essentials. Would definitely recommend to others, and would have no hesitation in staying in the property again if we are ever in the area. Thanks for a great home from home stay.

Amazing!!

Loved it Loved it Loved it! We spent 11nights at the cottage and enjoyed our time there so much A very clean and well looked after property with everything you could possibly need. Ideal location for getting out and about with the nearest beach just a 5 minute drive. We didn't want to leave and really hope to return sometime in the near future!!

Bright and stylish - a real home from home

A really lovely, bright and stylish home to relax in on Cape Cod which is packed full of all the little things you need to make your holiday go more smoothly. The owners provided everything you could possibly need and left a comprehensive information folder with details of the local area. Having the opportunity to bbq and enjoy the pristine garden was a real bonus and we would love to come back sometime soon!

This house is in the small traditional cape cod style that has been completely remodeled both inside and outside and looks brand new. Two bedrooms, the master has a king with two white cane tables and a cane chest of drawers with a tv on top. 2nd bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds with a tv. one small bathroom, shower tub combo, Kitchen is unusually well stocked and has new appliances. It appears to be summer home of owner with numerous personal touches. I felt like I got to know the owner vicariously. Lawn is professionally maintained. Convenient to grocery store, beach, restaurants seasonal fish market and, of course, all of cape cod. We loved it, Thank you Tracy.
