1st bedroom. Master bedroom (downstairs)
Master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in closet, a separate shower and tub, double vanity and a separate toilet. There is a TV with cable service in the master bedroom.
2nd bedroom. 2 Double bed bedroom (up-stairs)
This second bedroom has two full-size beds, closet and a full bathroom right outside the room with shower and tub, toilet and vanity.
3rd bedroom. Queen-size bedroom (upstairs)
This third bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom with shower and tub, toilet and vanity.
Studio or Family room (downstairs), MIGHT be used as an OPTIONAL 4th bedroom.
The family room has plenty of space and there is a TV with a DVD player, a chest of drawers, a small table that seats four person and a huge sofa in “L” shape, which converts in one side into a double bed. Family room has its own door for privacy, so it can be used –up to your criteria- as a fourth bedroom.
As we mentioned above, the property has 3 full bathrooms with vanity, shower and tub, and there is also a guest half-restroom downstairs next to the TV room.
The house has a cozy living room which has a décor fireplace, a wood celling fan, double high ceiling and a living room furniture set which has an individual, a love seat and a large sofa that can easily set seven people comfortably. In case additional seating is required, the living room is in an open space next to the dining room, so it is very easy to take and move any chair from one place to the other.
The dining room has a vintage oval wood table that can seat eight people at a time. Both areas have a view to the patio.
The Patio area has a table with an umbrella that can seat 5 and a small grill.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils that frequently are used; there are blender, toaster, flatware, cookware, plates, glasses and a variety of articles to make your stay comfortable including a dishwasher.
The house is equipped with washer and dryer.
The house will be serviced once per week at no cost to you, but if requested with anticipation, more frequent house keeping can be arranged at a cost.
Also if there is any special requests you would like us to provide at your arrival, such as some groceries and/or beverages, please let us know in advance and we will let you know right away if we can provide you such assistance passing you the bill at no extra cost.

We are the Soulayrac Family, and we moved to San Antonio in 2006. I am in the business development and investments field so I travel a lot. Since my children live with their mom, I decided to buy this house for the purpose of having a special place to share with them and while away renting it for vacationers that come to San Antonio.

The house is in great conditions and all our guests are amazed by our home architecture, design and convenience.
San Antonio is the prime tourist destination in Texas and has a lot to offer: Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Shopping Malls, such as: La Cantera, The Rim, North Star Mall, The River Walk, The Outlets at San Marcos, and many more that make San Antonio unique.

This Beautiful Mediterranean Villa was designed and built by world renown Architect Jose Luis Ezquerra, a unique place were he lived very happily with his family. Since we are very close to the Ezquerra family, when we found out they were selling their home we decided to make an effort and buy it. For us is like having a unique piece of art.
Quiet gated community, nice pool and Club House recently renovated, Lots of space to play around the neighborhood without traffic and very conveniently located. Main access street has been recently been widened to 5 lanes and entrance is currently being renovated by the City of San Antonio.
Well stocked kitchen. We had to search for pillowcases to cover all of the beds. We were surprised that there wasn't any washcloths and only a few hand towels. Overall it was a great place to stay.
We were pleased with the spacious interior and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen was important to provide Thanksgiving for an extended family with numerous allergies. It has enough private space for the four couples of the family to be in the same home. We had a very enjoyable family reunion in this comfortable home.

Very pretty home in a small gated community. Quiet, comfortable, safe area. On our stay my husband, son, daughter in law, and toddler grandson spent four nights there and we hosted Thanksgiving dinner for 9 + 2 infants. There was plenty of room for everyone to cook, eat, visit, watch football, play board games, play with our 19 month grandson and two new grandbabies. The property manager was quick to respond to and assist us with questions we had. The home was spotless, had dishes enough for our Thanksgiving dinner. I brought extra serving dishes and utensils which came in handy for Thanksgiving dinner. Most people staying wouldn't need more dishes than the home already has supplied. I had many questions before arriving and the owner was very responsive. They even let me stop by the property a month before hand when I was in town so I could see what the kitchen had and what I would need to bring along to acomodate cooking. Internet connection was a bit spotty, the property manager was trying to get ATT to look into it but on a holiday weekend that was easier said than done. I would highly recommend this home to any large family or friends wanting to spend time together. The location is quiet, there is a grocery store very close by, close to Highway 1604 and to Highway 281. The pool and clubhouse would be great in the summer months. A couple of things that could be improved - dining room chair seats and media room couch could use upholstery cleaning and hot water pressure for showers in upstairs bathrooms is low. Neither of these items would stop me from renting this property again.
I found this house to be very welcoming. The house was nice, and clean, in a quiet and secured neighborhood. I received excellent communication and assistance from the owner and agent whether is was by phone or email.
Just minutes away from everything. I would recommend this home for anyone interested in getting away for relaxation to try this home out. The only down part of was the pool area wasn’t cleaned at all…apparently it gets cleaned once a week and by our arrival the job must have been done days before.
Overall good experience.
