With elegant decor and furnishings this luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment has floor to ceiling glass windows, a balcony so you can take in uninterrupted views high in the sky over the Yarra River, Mountain Ranges & the City.

The MAIN bedroom is comfortably appointed with a luxurious King size Bed and has a walk-through wardrobe area that leads to a private en-suite for the main bedroom. This bedroom is very private and separate from the living area and other bedrooms. Like a parents retreat!

The SECOND bedroom is comfortably appointed with a luxurious Queen size bed with amazing uninterrupted city views through floor to ceiling windows.

The THIRD bedroom is furnished with a Sealy Split King bed. This bed can zip together into a King, or unzip into Two Singles. This flexibility allows us to cater for all of our guest’s needs, while providing a level of service and comfort that is hard to find.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge / freezer, all cutlery, utensils and equipment required to cook. The open plan living/dining area has a very comfy leather sofa lounge, elegant dinning suite and a 55' flat screen television. The second bathroom has a euro laundry (including washing machine / dryer) where the main bedroom has its own private en-suite with walk-in shower.

On the ground floor of the building there is a well-stocked IGA supermarket and liquor store, McDonald’s, Subway, many restaurants/food outlets to choice from, pharmacy, doctor’s clinic, bakery and a 24 hour convenience store.

A little about us:

We brought our first apartment back in 2009 and have slowly grown to where we are today. Today, I personally manage all our apartments, work as a midwife [in my spare time - lol], I am a wife, and a mother to our 4 beautiful boys. Coming from a family of 8 children I have always valued, appreciated and am very grateful for the most important things in life 'People' - I love my family, I love people and I love life!

Platinum Apartments has been brought to life through the unique collaboration of my husband Heath and I. Our dream is to provide apartment style accommodation to the highest caliber. Perfect place to stay

Amazing accommodation, very clean and beautifully appointed. Greeted personally by Helen (the owner) who made us feel like old friends. 3 couples stayed here very comfortably, was so close to everything, most places we visited were a short walk or tram ride away. Lots of very good restaurants close by and the casino next door. We would definitely recommend this property. Hoping to go back ourselves one day.

Absolutely breathtaking city views!

Overall it was a fantastic stay in this superb apartment!
The city view was just wonderful, even better at night time. The location was perfect, Southbank restaurants and Crown casino right at your doorstep. The property was very clean, well maintained and the owners were a pleasure to deal with.
I would certainly recommend this property to anyone who wants a luxurious city stay, I look forward to visiting again something in the near future.

A truly amazing apartment

Really has to be seen to be believed. Amazing apartment in a great location with plenty of amenities and all this for a very reasonable price. With restaurants, bars, supermarkets, plus the casino and so much more at the doorstep it will be very hard to go pass staying here again for future trips to Melbourne. Complete with everything you would need for your stay and great personal service the Platinum Apartments are truly the perfect choice for someone looking for somewhere to stay in Melbourne.

The Building is situation on the Southbank Promenade at Queensbridge Square, Southbank Melbourne..

Queensbridge Square is at the heart of Southbank's entertainment hub.; where buskers and street performers entertain the crowds.

Southbank stretches along the Yarra River from Princes Bridge/St Kilda Rd to Queensbridge Square [Freshwater Place Building location], continuing on passed the Crown Casino through to the Melbourne Exhibition Centre at the other end of the Crown Complex. Southbank offers an extensive choice of dining and entertaining options for most peoples choices. The closeness of the CBD just across the footbridge on the opposite of the river bank, Southbank is well deserving of its reputation as Melbourne's premier entertainment district.

Melbourne's Exhibition & Convention Centre is just a 2 minute stroll along the Promenade & the CBD is just a walk across the foot bridge. The famous shopping strips of Bridge Rd, Chapel St & CBD are easily accessed by the tram network just at the bottom of the building as are other famous Melbourne landmarks such as St Kilda Beach & The Queen Victoria or South Melbourne Markets.
