Within minutes of the Gare du L'Est and Gare du Nord metro stations, this spacious luxury apartment features all you will need to make your Parisian stay memorable: Modern furniture, Italian-style bathroom, home cinema, plasma TV, high-end appliances, and even a powerplate! You will feel right at home in this Parisian loft with 4 double beds and two extra beds for children.

Apartment details:

- 1 bedroom in the mezzanine area that can be separated by a set of curtains (room 4 on the layout): Comfortable mattress without box spring.

- 1 bedroom fully seperate bedroom (room 1 on the layout) with a comfortable mattress and box spring.

- 2 other bedrooms seperated by a well isolated wall in order to create privacy (bedrooms 2 and 3 on the layout): bedroom 3 has a comfortable mattress and box spring and bedroom 2 has a more firm yet comfortable futon mattress.

- 1 extra (single) mattress available for a 9th person

- 1 air mattress for a 10th person

You will enjoy this quiet and residential neighborhood close to the Church Saint Vincent-Paul (Place Franz Liszt), halfway between Montmartre, the Canal Saint Martin and the Galeries Lafayette. Many of the major tourist sites are within a few metro stops or a short walk away.

The area boasts all you will need to make you stay enjoyable. There is a supermarkets just across the street from the apartment building. Also, there are several delicious boulangeries (bakeries) along rue chabrol. The fresh fruit and vegetable market, several restaurants, and Velib' bike stations will all be within a few minutes walk.

This 1350 sf apartment is perfect for welcoming a whole family, a group of friends or just a couple looking for a nice, spacious place to enjoy and relax in Paris.

We had a very pleasant stay in jerome place. His apartment is convenient to everything. Just two minutes walk frm the metro and a few blocks away frm the train station. there is a supermarket just opposite to the doorway. There he suggests some very nice restaurants, bakeries and bars nearby, you dont have to worry about food to go. His apartment is clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable. We like the kitchen very much that u have everything ready for cooking. A market is just a street next to the apartment where you can buy fresh fruits, cheese, ham, wine, etc. What a pity we just stay there for three nights, i would definitely wanna stay there longer!! This place is highly recommended to all of you~Very suitable for a large group of friends or family who are looking for a cozy place to live in. He provides flexible check in and check out time~Just makes everything convenient to his guests. Thanks again Jerome~

Nice Loft in Paris, close to the City

It is a nice Loft in the near of Sacre- Coeur. Only one Toilette.
The 3 bedrooms in the basement had no windows.

A very good choice

We were 10 people and stayed at the apartment for 6 nights. The loft offers all the facilities you need, is clean and comfortable and has a wonderful kitchen and living room. The lower floor is on the basement with no windows and at night there is some noise from the underground, but we didn’t consider it a problem. There is only a bathroom but the basin is separated with a curtain from the rest of the room, so although we were ten people we had no problems with sharing the area.
Very close to the RER station and Metro. There are supermarkets and bakeries near the loft. The area surrounding the apartment isn't the best part of Paris, but it isn’t also the worst.
Check-in and check-out easy (we arrived past midnight)
The communication with Jerome was easy and fast and he was always available to answer my questions.
I would definitely recommend the apartment to friends and would stay there again.

Wonderful!

We stayed at Jerome's apartment this weekend and everything was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. A short walk to the metro and Gare Du Nord. Noel (who helps with check in and check out) was very nice and extremely accommodating! We were checking out on Sunday morning but our Train wasn't until the afternoon and when we asked if she would have a place for us to keep our luggage while we went sightseeing she offered to meet us at a later time. We actually read our tickets wrong and called to ask if we could meet her even later and she was still very nice and accommodating! Very accurate listing and Jerome provided excellent /timely customer service. The only thing I would make note of is that the area surrounding the apartment isn't exactly the nicest part of Paris. But it wasn't so bad that we wouldn't stay there again! Thank you Jerome

A good choice for large families!

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. Very convenient for us, it is located near to three underground stations and one of the main train stations of Paris. There is a small supermarket just in the front of the condominium. The apartment is quite large and well equipped. It was clean and everything was fine at our arrival. We had some troubles with the wifi, but nothing worrying. The only thing you have to consider is that what you see in the pitures is what you get. I mean, it is not an attic. The lower floor is on the basement, so there are no windows. Also at night there is noise from the underground. We didn’t mind, but may be an issue for some people. There is only a bathroom but the basin is separated with a curtain from the rest of the room, so we had no major problems sharing the area. Being seven people, only a little organization is required. Definitely, a good choice to stay in Paris for large families. I will repeat my stay and recommend it to other people.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona centrale e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici; l'abbiamo trovato pulito e comodo, per un gruppo di nove che eravamo. Anche l'agenzia è stata pronta a risolvere un piccolo problema con la caldaia. Tutto ok, esperienza da rifare!

The apartment is located in a central and well served by public transport. We found it clean and comfortable, for a group of nine who we were. Although the agency was ready to solve a small problem with the boiler.

The apartment door does not open from the outside without a key, so do not forget to take the key with you when you go out!

Local garbage

The garbage room is right out of the apartment just before the staircase.

There is no sorting in the condominium.

The local bike is right out of the apartment just before the garbage room.

Do not hesitate to use the guides of Paris left at your disposal in the kitchen, to the left of the Cooker.

Washing machine and dryer machine The washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room, in the bathroom. All useful products are located on the shelf side, just below the boiler.

Dishwasher The dishwasher is in the kitchen. Be careful to hold the door in the opening. All useful products are located on the shelf on the lower right.

Press the stove fire that you want to turn while turning to the left.

Boiler The boiler is located in the laundry room, in the bathroom.

The dining table dining table can accommodate up to 6 people standard. For guests, add the console end table for three additional people.

5 chairs chairs are currently in the lounge. For guests, you will find additional folding chairs in the dressing room in the basement.

Food stores

There are various shops around the apartment for all races practice including:

- The G20, in front of the apartment: Open daily from 8:30 to 20:30

- The place of Monoprix Franz Litz: Open every day from 9h to 22h, except Sunday from 9am to 13pm

Market

Saint Quentin market at the end of the rue de Chabrol, offers a variety of fresh produce: fruits and vegetables, cheeses, viands, fish, seafood, bakery ....

The products are very good, but the price quite expensive.

The Marché Saint Quentin is open every day except Monday, from 8h to 20h except Sunday or it opens from 8am to 13:30.

Chocolate

One of the most famous chocolatiers of Paris is in the neighborhood, it is the Furet, at 1 rue des Messageries.

Wine

You can find 'Nicolas', at the intersection of rue de Chabrol and Boulevard Magenta.

Bakeries

We recommend the breadbasket, 91 rue du Faubourg Poissonnière and 12 rue du 8 mai 45 for bread.

For pastries, choose Michel Ferrand, at the intersection of rue de Chabrol and Lafayette Street.

Bars and Restaurants

'The animals', at the intersection of rue de Chabrol and Rue d'Hauteville, is very nice and very cheap for a drink or eat a plate on the go.

'The Corso' Franz Litz site, serves Italian dishes, but the prices are RELATIVELY expensive.

Parking

Traffic and parking in the neighborhood is not easy!

If you are looking for a parking space, do not hesitate to use the Parking Franz Litz, whose access is through the street of small hotels.
