- 2 other bedrooms seperated by a well isolated wall in order to create privacy (bedrooms 2 and 3 on the layout):
- bedroom 3 has a comfortable mattress for 2 people and box spring, and a single bed
- bedroom 2 has a more firm yet comfortable futon mattress.
- 2 bathrooms - one with a shower and a bath, and another with shower
- 1 toilet
This 126m2 (=1350 sf) apartment is perfect for welcoming a whole family, a group of friends or just a couple looking for a nice, spacious place to enjoy and relax in Paris.

We had a very pleasant stay in jerome place. His apartment is convenient to everything. Just two minutes walk frm the metro and a few blocks away frm the train station. there is a supermarket just opposite to the doorway. There he suggests some very nice restaurants, bakeries and bars nearby, you dont have to worry about food to go. His apartment is clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable. We like the kitchen very much that u have everything ready for cooking. A market is just a street next to the apartment where you can buy fresh fruits, cheese, ham, wine, etc. What a pity we just stay there for three nights, i would definitely wanna stay there longer!! This place is highly recommended to all of you~Very suitable for a large group of friends or family who are looking for a cozy place to live in. He provides flexible check in and check out time~Just makes everything convenient to his guests. Thanks again Jerome~
I stayed at the Loft Chabrol from 29 January - 2 February 2015 with six other members of my family.
When booking the property we had prompt and regular contact with the owner, who answered all of our questions. On arrival at the property, we were met by the owner's sister who was extremely welcoming and helpful, in addition to speaking excellent English. The street in which the loft is located has the Market St Quentin at the end of the road with great cheese and fruit, as well as a variety of other foodstuffs. There is a G20 supermarket, which offers an goodt range of goods, as well as an excellent patisserie close by, together with a variety of cafes, bars and small restaurants. The surrounding area also has some interesting places to eat and drink and the property is located close to the metro stations at Poissoniere, Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord.
The property is well furnished and provided with an excellent range of utensils, It is extremely comfortable and has 2 bathrooms (useful with a larger party),and, although there is no toilet in the downstairs bathroom, the shower room upstairs can be isolated with a curtain when in use, so the toilet can continue to be used.
The check out procedure was quick and easy, followed by a very quick trip walking to catch our Eurostar train at Gare du Nord. All in all, we had an excellent time and would like to thank Jerome and particularly Laurence for making us feel so welcome. Thank
The property was just how it was described and looked in the photos. The place was clean and comfortable. It was ideally located for trains and subway. There was a supermarket across the street that had all we needed. Lots of restaurants around which where very nice. I Would recommend this place to friends and relatives

GREAT APARTMENT FOR LARGE FAMILY OR MULTIPLE FAMILIES. LOCATED NEAR GARE DE L'EST TRAIN STATION AND METRO (POISSONIERE) MAKING FOR EASY ARRIVAL AND TRAVEL AROUND PARIS. APARTMENT WAS CLEAN WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED DURING OUR STAY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
This property is very well maintained and most important very clean.Good comunication from the owners and they help you if in need.The kitchen is equipped with every thing and dishes re clean aswell.It is in the centre and you can buy fresh bread and pastries.There is even a supermarket acroos the road that we found very convenaint
We where 10 adults and a child and we where comfortable.Iwould definatly go back at loft Chabrol if I visit Paris again.The only thing issing is that there is only 1 toilet although there are 2 bathrooms.
You will enjoy this quiet and residential neighborhood close to the Church Saint Vincent-Paul (Place Franz Liszt), halfway between Montmartre, the Canal Saint Martin and the Galeries Lafayette. Many of the major tourist sites are within a few metro stops or a short walk away.
The area boasts all you will need to make you stay enjoyable. There is a supermarkets just across the street from the apartment building. Also, there are several delicious boulangeries (bakeries) along rue chabrol. The fresh fruit and vegetable market, several restaurants, and Velib' bike stations will all be within a few minutes walk
