Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, and local supermarkets. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

Best decision! Highly recommend

I've stayed in this flat for two weeks this July, with my husband and my kids of 5 and 8.

We were looking for a comfortable, spacious, safe and clean place for a reasonable price where we could feel at home during our vacances in London. Well located but far enough from busiest London streets (only three tube stations from Oxford Circus).

We found all that mentioned at this flat in Islington. A lively neighborhood even at night (at least in summer days...) full of restaurants, cafés, bars...(we only sorry not to have had a baby sitter!) as well as shops and supermarkets. Buses almost at the door and a short walking distance from two tube stations.

The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and video shown here. When we arrived felt as if we would already have stayed there before!

Everything we used worked well, we found all supplies we needed, especially a fully equiped kitchen. Both Bed and sofá were very confortable.

Watching a starry sky since terrace at nights was really an unespected plus......fifteen fully sunny days in London !!! ( ....was Paulo's team who managed this too?!)

We'll be back for sure.

Beautifully decorated - great location!

This was a lovely, clean and well appointed apartment. It was very convenient to tube stations, convenience stores and restaurants. There were four of us in the party so it was a nice size for that number. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the apartment and location. Owner was easy to deal with, correspondence was prompt and the greeting person on arrival was most helpful. We will be back!

fabulous stay

Our first time in London was partly made fabulous by the appartment in Upper Street. The appartment was spacious, clean and near to amenities and the tube. Anita, one of the staff was so efficient in carrying out her duties when we called to say that the heater was not working well. Everything was back in order within a few hours. The kitchen was well equipped. My 3 girls felt so comfortable and at home there. Thank you Paulo for the efficiency in answering to all my queries via email prior to travelling to London. There is a fabulous restaurant just at the ground floor of the appartment that must not be missed as well. It's known as 'Pera'

The apartment is perfectly well situated vey close to the town center, very cozy and well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

We travel to London as a group and we would definitely stay there again.

The booking progress was also very smooth and e-mail were always replied individually with a personal note which made us feel confident in a caring host.

Paul was easy to communicate with as well as her team Elena and Plamena who waited for us at the apartment to had over the keys - thank you for that. I would recommend everyone to stay in this apartment!

Highly recommended

I've spent in this lovely flat only one week in August -unfortunately, because if I could I would move there- with 4 friends of mine.

The location is perfect: you have to walk about... 20, 30 meters to reach the bus station and in 20 minutes you'll be in the centre of London -and I hardly recommend it if you're a tourist because you'll get to see the view. But, of course, you can also walk to the Tube Station (Highbury and Islington, Victoria Line), which is very very close -a 3, 4 minutes walk- and in that way you'll be in (f.i.) Oxford Street before you even realize it.

In Islington I think there's all a human being could possibly need: a very well assorted choice of restaurants, pub, shops, markets... The great thing is that you have just to go down the stairs and you'll find like a parade of cafès (that's the kind of things you thank for when you're late and hungry at the same time) and even a market, so if you need something you can easily get it there.

The apartment was bright (I loved the windows in the living room), spacious (even for 5 people), clean and well-maintained; everything we used worked perfectly and the kitchen, in particular, was even more equipped than mine at home. All the beds were very confortable -also the inflatable one- and there were lots of hangers for our clothes.

Paulo and his team were so gentle and polite and always available for any kind of requests. We were met by a very sweet welcomer, Anita, who showed us around and answered our questions and even if it was late she had a big smile on her face and she has been very kind: she made us feel like we were at home and we appreciated it very much.

We also loved the terrace in the back of the building: there's a colorful big painting on the wall and you can look at it also from the kitchen -there's a big window upon the sink. Anyway, if we hadn't been late every day we spent there, we'd really loved to enjoy a breakfast in the garden.

I'll be back for sure and I would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit London. I promise you, you won't regret this.
