Choosing the perfect place to stay on vacation is tough especially when everyone is counting on you. Sandy's beach house was perfect, my family could not believe it wasn't done through an agency everyone loved the house. My 73 year old mother n law loved the kitchen it had everything she could possibly want. My 16 year old daughter her BFF and my little cousin 17 loved the house. The 3 teenage girls loved the beach it was literally steps away. The town was great and neighbors was friendly. A little further down the beach you can kayak, paddle standing up and other activities.

The house is close to all highways and traveling all over the island it never took to long. The pictures dont do the house justice. It's a beautiful house and the gardens in the back are gorgeous. It's so pretty out back my husband grabbed the camera and took tons of pictures of me my own little photo shoot. I showed the pics to family and friends and they could not believe that I was not out on the island some where but in the backyard.

The house was clean and well maintained. She has everything you can need from towels to shower gels. The kitchen has everything if you opt to cook or there are nearby restaurants. Sandy answered all my questions and very helpful on ideas of things to do on the island.

Sandy I can't thank you enough for helping my vacation be stress free in such a beautiful home. I look forward to coming back my daughter said we have to make this a family tradition and come back ever year.

We highly recommend Sandy's amazing home. We wanted the perfect house to celebrate my Parents' 42nd anniversary. Pool, hot tub, steps away from the beach and room enough to accommodate my two Parents, my Husband, our 2 small boys and my Sister and Brother-in-Law. Check! Check! Check and Check! My Father is a gourmet cook and he could not stop marveling at how well equipped the kitchen was. One can instantly see how much love Sandy and team have put into decorating the house and how much thought went into ensuring her guests would be comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay. Literally a minute walk to the beach. A very close drive to Island Snow, Safeway, Whole Foods and some wonderful restaurants. We took the 25 minute drive into Waikiki to Ala Moana and to have dinner in Waikiki - the drive was a cinch.

Sandy, thank you for an amazing stay. We can't wait to return!

Thanks for a wonderful 11 days at your place. Your place is very well equip with everything. We saw a few open houses for sale on a Sunday in your area and nothing compares with your beautiful house. Will surely look for your house in the future and refer friends to it.

My family spent 6 beautiful days at this lovely home in Kailua. The home exceeded the pictures on the website. It was beautiful, spacious, extemely well maintained and had everything you could want from beach and pool toys to every kitchen item you could think of...we certainly made good use of the blender for tropical drinks. The very short walk to the beach was great and the beach was spectactular just as Sandy had told me . Sandy provided lots of information for local attractions and great dining places. My family made good use of the lani and pool after a day at the beach. There is a pool net for badminton which was lots of fun. I could certainly go on and on about the home and what a wonderful time we had in Kailua. Sandy was helpful and gracious in every way. My family didn't want to leave, and I am looking forward to returning to Kailua and this lovely, relaxing home. For anyone traveling to Kailua, you will not be disappointed in this property.

We have visited Hawaii many times and staying here in this Kailua home will be at the top of the list in memorable family gatherings. The house itself is a true find for this neighborhood, the proximity to the beach, and for its generous wide open spaces. It is a truly lovely home and we all thoroughly enjoyed the week we spent here.
