Darwin Waterfront Apartments are located within Wharf One at the Darwin Waterfront Precinct. The Darwin Waterfront Precinct covers 25 acres and is the hub of Darwin’s endless summer. Comprising recreational, commercial, residential and tourism activities, the precinct has everything that a tropical harbour city needs.

Connected to the CBD by a pedestrian airwalk, the precinct is home to the Darwin Convention Centre, the wave pool, a saltwater swimming lagoon, public space comprising boardwalks and parks, a retail sector, a multitude of restaurants and dining options, hotel and residential accommodation.
