About John Cox
I moved to Newport Beach California in1961 from Lincoln Nebraska. Spent many a weekends in the desert. Couldn't resist the opportunity to buy this property. Now this vacation rental gives me the opportunity to spend more time in Europe.
John Cox purchased this house in 2010
Why John Cox chose Rancho Mirage
I am fond of Tuscany Italy. Especially Arezzo and the San Fabiano Estate near the Medicean Vasari Aqueduct built in 1600 (Pictured above) When I found this property I thought it was an omen.
What makes this house unique
I love the Tuscan style of this home and neighborhood. The home sits on a lot that looks like a compound with its own private gate. The exterior has an Italian feel with it pergolas and olive, waterfall rock garden patio, and cypress trees. The interior has a very Italian feel with its design and furnishings.
