Built in 2007, this modern beachfront Greek Island villa is well-suited for a family or group of friends. Just step outside the villa’s fenced yard to enjoy Rethymno’s sandy beach, or enjoy the views from the private pool. A short stroll leads to taverns and shops, and the city center of Rethymno is 3 km away. Crete’s two largest towns, which boast numerous cultural and historical attractions, are each easy day trips from the villa.
(500 m2) This modern beachfront villa was constructed in 2008 and has three floors. The property has a private pool (4 x 7 m). There are outdoor couches and a table and chairs in a covered patio. You enjoy a view of Rethymno’s sandy beach from the gated yard, which has a small lawn, deck chairs, and umbrellas.

The living room has couches, a coffee table, a satellite TV, and DVD player. French doors open onto the villa’s covered poolside veranda. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, oven, and kettle. This level also has a bedroom with a large single bed (120 x 200 cm) and ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Lower floor Reached by a marble staircase from the ground floor, this level has a bedroom with narrow twin-beds (80 x 200 cm), most suitable for young people. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a game room with a billiards table. First floor A marble staircase leads to the upper floor, which has 4 bedrooms, all of which have balconies. Two of the bedrooms have a large single bed (120 x 200). The other two have narrow twin-beds (80 x 200), most suitable for young people. There are two bathrooms, each with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

This villa is located directly on the sandy beach of Rethymno, mere meters from the water. A tavern and shops are a 200 meter walk from the villa, and the city center of Rethymno, the provincial capital, is 3 km away, with more dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Just outside Rethymno is one of Crete’s most famous monasteries, the 14th century Arkadion Monastery.
