It is located right on the River Sorgue and has direct access to the water. You’ll also be able to walk to several restaurants or take quick drives into Fontaine de Vauclause and Avignon.
This villa is set behind a gate in the Partage des Eaux neighborhood. It features a private garden with a grass-landscaped lawn as well as two terraces that overlook the River Sorgue. There is a covered terrace that has a barbecue and a table with chairs and an uncovered terrace that has a hammock. The grass-landscaped lawn has sun loungers and a new heated swimming pool (7m x 4m). The villa features a gate that has direct access to the River Sorgue. Parking is available in the garage.
(350 m2) Ground Floor: There is a living room with two couches, a TV (local channels only), and DVD player. The dining room has a table with chairs and is bordered by large glass windows with views of the River Sorgue. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) as well as a sink and shower. Please be aware that the sink and shower are in the bedroom. There is also a separate toilet room.

The property is located a kilometer and a half from Isle sur la Sorgue. Isle sur la Sorgue is a town that features waterfront restaurants, specialty shops, supermarkets, and a Sunday market that is famous for its antiques. Known to many as the “Venice of France,” Isle sur la Sorgue is home to many river branches and canals lined with trees and waterwheels. The main attractions include the Parc Gautier and the Notre-Dame-des-Anges church that dates back to the year 1222. Great day trip destinations are Bonnieux, which was the filming location for A Good Year starring Marion Cotillard and Russell Crowe, and Avignon, a town full of museums and interesting sights in addition to a train station should you want to travel a bit further without having to worry about driving.
