Welcome to your sunny, spacious, well-stocked, and chic home away from home. We designed the Biskra House to be the vacation rental we would like to rent, with a (beyond) fully equipped kitchen, stylish game room, fast Wifi, and super comfortable king-sized beds.

OUTSIDE
Relax under brilliant blue skies in the private, fenced south-west facing backyard, splash around in the large, heated pool, and enjoy a spectacular sunset from the built-in spa. Make your co-workers jealous and have your video meetings with the mountains in the background; the WiFi works well outside, too. Grill dinner for everyone and enjoy your feast at the covered outdoor dining area. Around the fire table is a perfect place for a nightcap and chat, and there’s a propane heater and outdoor blankets to make it extra cozy.

The lounge area features comfortable living room-style outdoor furniture, four lounge chairs, a propane fire table, and a portable heater. There’s an umbrella, too, for when you’ve had enough sun.

There are a couple of places to enjoy alfresco meals. Three cafe tables around the pool are the perfect place to bring your morning coffee and a laptop, while the outdoor dining table comfortably seats eight under a pergola with string lights. There’s a propane grill just outside the casita, and did we mention that the casita has a second full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher?

There are pool towels, pool floats, outdoor blankets, dishes, and glasses for all-day fun in the sun.

INSIDE
There's plenty to do when the sun goes down, too. with a pool table, foosball, board games and books, fast Wifi, and premium streaming and live TV.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open concept with indoor-outdoor flow and plenty of seating for everyone to lounge, dine, and hang out in the kitchen and chat.

A dedicated game room features a pool table, foosball, bar tables, and stools, card and board games, and built-in speakers.

The kitchen is more than fully stocked, with a six-burner Viking cooktop, convection oven, small appliances galore, and about every cooking tool you can think of. A roomy kitchen island has seating for four to keep the cooks company.

BEDROOMS
All bedrooms include wifi, flat-screen TVs with streaming services and live TV, HBO and Showtime, and roomy bathrooms with premium bath products. They also include blackout curtains and ridiculously comfortable beds for those of us who find a good night's sleep to be the ultimate in luxury.

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in the main house: Bedroom One has a California king-sized bed, desk, private patio. en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, spacious shower, and double sinks. Bedroom Two has a California king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. Bedroom Three has two XL-twin beds and a shared bathroom, and Bedroom Four is in the separate casita, and it has a California king bed, kitchen with coffee maker, fridge, and dishwasher, and en-suite bathroom with a shower.

WORKSPACES
The Biskra House is digital nomad ready with two desks (in Bedroom One and the casita), a laser printer, good WiFi indoors and out, and lots of tables and chairs that make good temporary workstations. Need a pen, notebook, stapler or scissors? We’ve got you covered.

EXTRAS
We’ll spoil you with a welcome goody basket, great-smelling hand soaps and cleaning supplies, premium bath products, fresh office supplies, and starter supplies of paper products. Your dog is welcome (with prior approval), and we’ll leave a bed and bowls for them. Pool floats, pool towels, outdoor blankets, and non-breakable dishes will be waiting for you along with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils and serving dishes, premium bed linens, and towels.

LOCATION
If you can muster the enthusiasm to leave the comforts of the Biskra House, there's plenty to do. Movies, shopping, dining, and coffee are within walking distance.
