Awesome property, PERFECT location !

We would definitely stay here again! Can't ask for anything more, modern decor, got beach chair, snorkeling gear, paddle board, kayak, rice cooker (that's a WOw our family loves rice) and so much more. It's in a perfect location, grocery within walking distance, close to George Town and Camana Bay shopping. Local dining, great food Heritage Kitchen within walking distance. It's Perfect! :)

Beautiful Beach, Lovely Condo, Convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo and were very pleased with the accommodations. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated with a lovely balcony (we were in an upper unit) that we sat on in the mornings and drank our coffee on. We had the perfect amount of space for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenage kids), and were very comfortable during our stay.

The beach was absolutely beautiful and the water was lovely. The condo is literally directly across the street from the beach access and it's about a 50 foot walk from door to sand. There were some beach chairs and towels provided, and we used the kayaks and paddle board quite a bit as well.

The condo is in a good location, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel strip at 7 mile beach to give you a peaceful break from all of the commotion, but close enough to hop down there in 10 minutes if you want to shop or eat at one of the restaurants there.

There are several great restaurants right near the condo, however, so we only ventured down to Georgetown/7 mile beach once during our stay. We loved Calypso Grill (expensive but such a treat it was worth it), Alfresco (walking distance and cute outdoor patio), and Heritage Kitchen (good, local food at more reasonable prices - also in walking distance). We also at Cracked Conch, which had a lovely patio as well (both Calypso and Cracked Conch require reservations, just FYI.)

We would definitely stay there again. It was clean, convenient, comfortable and the hosts really made sure there was everything we could have needed. Thanks for a great vacation!

Good Value, Beautiful Island

We did a lot of research on accommodations from Rum point, East End, 7MB and Westend. After returning I can say we made the right choice. This is a beautiful well maintained, private property in what arguably is the best location on the island. Only a 20min drive from the airport the unit is situated in an area that is both quiet, but close to everything. Cemetary beach literally 60seconds from our doorstep wasn't crowded and azure blue ..saw 4 large sea turtles when out on the paddle board with my son ..Cool! Large pool although shared with two other condo units we always had it to ourselves. A few restaurants, shops and super market are only a short walk away with the mainstream strip of 7 mile beach and the Cayman Yacht club only 5-10min by car. You have it all.

Best yet are the people and food. Everyone on the island seemed polite and very helpful if you had questions. From my first email to Morne inquiring about the property he was responsive providing great information almost always within a day. One of his suggestions was to book an excursion with Captain Alan and Joey at Charter Boat Headquarters. That was simply the best. You can get more info at: http://charterscayman.com/

When it comes to food you've got everything from Burger King to high end Gourmet, however it's not inexpensive. Given current exchange rates and the fact much is imported you should expect to pay 25-50% more than a comparable restaurant in the US. Good news is US currency is widely accepted so you don't have to deal with exchange fees. A few restaurants worth noting: Eats Café was the best for Breakfast .. five times and we'd still be going if we stayed. Even tried them for Dinner ..just as good. Quality, Service, Price they are a top tier casual dining establishment. Chicken and Chicken great Caribbean Rotisserie at reasonable price. For Dinner Alfresco a short work from the Condo was nice, La Dolce Vita ..higher end Italian ..we ended up having pizza was very good. Best meal was Paradise Seaside Grill in Georgetown on our last day. Two had the catch of the day ..Mahi Mahi, one Paradise Chicken and our youngest Chicken Nuggets (Had a nice kids menu).

Lastly an important tip when planning your visit: Cruise ships are generally in port during the day Tue - Fri. Both excursions to Stingray city, Dolphin Discovery and restaurants in town all much more crowded. We planned our big excursions for Sunday/Monday and tried to visit Georgetow

Beautiful Condo!

This was a beautiful condo with lovely decor, appliances and furnishings. Very clean and comfortable. The location was just a very short walk to the beach, less than a minute. We have been coming to 7 Mile Beach and staying further south on the beach for many years so were somewhat hesitant to move locations. Well our fears were unfounded. This condo was so private and in such a beautiful location that we were very pleased with our choice. We rented a car because we like to be able to drive around the island for restaurants, etc but Fosters is right around the corner so you might not even really need one. Not only is the inside of the condo well appointed and beautiful, but the grounds are lovely as well and beautifully maintained. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc all provided as well. Morne was very responsive and booking this was a breeze. I would definitely return to this condo and my entire family with 3 teenagers feels the same.

Hidden Gem on Boggy Sand Road

This was the most relaxing and wonderful place on earth! This condo is not only beautiful, clean, and comfortable inside and outside, it is also managed with personal attention to details. The property exceeded our expectations in many ways. Secluded, yet close to everything, this was the best location on Grand Cayman for our family of four.
"Fosters", the grocery store, is around the corner, and there are two restaurants within walking distance: "Heritage Kitchen" and "Alfresco". We loved Boggy Sand Road with it's picturesque homes and scenic views.
The extra's included with this property cannot be beat. Believe me, I've done my research. You will not find a better deal for this type of property. Although, this is a four condo building, many times during our stay we felt we were in our own villa.
Beach is absolutely beautiful, with many snorkeling spots to explore. We are avid snorkelers, so we visited most snorkeling spots on the island. We all agreed, snorkeling of the beach near the condo was the best.
Morne is very easy to communicate with. He responds to all emails promptly with accurate and easy to follow information. Morne is an honest businessman, and if you are wondering if he is for real (as I did), he delivers everything as promised.
I am already planning our next visit!

Fantastic!

The condo is exactly as described and is in excellent conditions with all amentities needed. The total property that Morne has makes you feel like you are totally secluded from the rest of the world when you are at the pool. The supplies of kayaks, paddle board, beach chairs, towels, cooler, snorkels, etc make the trip. It truly is a 100ft walk to the beach. The location is perfect as it is removed from the hussle, but is very close when you want to be in the mix. Although buses are readily available, we found a vehicle much more convenient to explore and make it to dinners/excursions.
