Sandia Beach House is a spectacular new Bravos Boyz Exclusive Vieques Vacation Rental Property that has been completely renovated and is located in the Beach Side Neighborhood of Monte Santo Playa. Sandia Beach House is surrounded by one half acre of tropical landscaped gardens and has two great beaches in the neighborhood for swimming and snorkeling. Additionally the house is fully air conditioned making it an excellent choice for summer travelers.
The property has lovely well manicured gardens and is an architecturally designed house with charm and comfort suitable for up to eight guests. There are four bedrooms with two master suites. The main house has one master bedroom and en suite bathroom with a private balcony. There is a bedroom with two twin beds and a second guest room with a private balcony. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a pool side master suite guest house with a queen size bed and bathroom en suite as well as a library and refrigerator.
The ocean views are extra ordinary with four different patios and terraces where you can see, hear and smell the Atlantic Ocean. The main house has a gourmet kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and refrigerator with an ice maker. There are two dining areas in the main house with a breakfast room off the kitchen and a great room with adjoining dining area. The main house sits high on columns leaving a breezy shaded area under the house with an outside living room and dining room as well as barbecue area and an outdoor shower.
One surprise at Sandia Beach House is a stairway in the main house leading to a roof top terrace that offers 360 degree views. Here you have a bird's eye view of Puerto Rico, Culebra, Isabel Segunda and the surrounding hills. This is a favorite night time spot for star gazing and glimpsing shooting stars. The pool area is beautifully tiled and the forty foot pool will impress. This is the best pool we have for swimming laps or simply floating and forgetting it all. The property is accessed through an electronic gate with parking for three cars inside this gated estate.
The owner's of Sandia beach house share amenities such as their personal art collection of local artists, beach artifacts and a nice library. Additionally, there is a Bose Wave system, Nespresso Machine and an additional refrigerator in the pool side suite.
The gardens are impeccably maintained by Bravos Boyz and offer many tropical plantings including Mango, Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit, Coconut Palms, decorative Arecas, Ixoras, Crotons, Bountiful Confetti of Blooming Bougainvillea and scented Jasmin and Ylang Ylang.

Vieques Is a wonderful unspoilt and somewhat rustic island in a corner of paradise. The beaches are varied and the water crystal clear and, best of all, they are quiet - we were delighted to find ourselves almost alone on some occasions. A real treat was snorkelling over the offshore reef and swimming with the huge variety of fish. The village has a lot of character with many options to eat and enjoy the atmosphere. The house is in a great location on the island with 360 degree views from the various balconies - my favourite was having sundowners while watching the sunset over the ocean from the roof. It has spacious accommodation, is tastefully decorated and has a well kept pool to take the edge off the tropical heat. One of the better breaks we have had the privilege of enjoying.
We have spent Thanksgiving in Sandia Beach House. It was our 6th stay in Vieques and we love the island every time more. Sandia Beach House is the perfect place to stay. It offers breathtaking ocean views, a cozy beach house atmosphere and an outstanding swimming pool. One of our preferred spots in the house is the roof top terrace where we drank our early morning coffee and our sunset cocktails – enjoying incredible views. The house is very clean and well maintained. It is surrounded by a wonderful tropical garden with lots of blooming bushes, palm trees and more. The gorgeous and often almost empty beaches are just a short ride away. You can even walk to a little beach across the street. It is rocky but very nice to snorkel. Also a supermarket is very close and Isabella II with its little shops and restaurants can be reached in five minutes. Bros Boyz provide excellent local management. We highly recommend Sandia Beach House and Vieques.
