It’s a dreamed villa for family holidays or with friends. On the board of Indian’s Ocean, on Mtwapa creek, on the North Kenya’s cost situated at only 35 minutes (25km) from the international airport of Mombasa.
Located on a wooded site of 1 acre (4000m²). It’s a wonderful villa of plus than 460m², Moorish style, very luxurious, fully furnished with Italian’s kitchen in granite and cold room, five bedrooms in suite with air-conditioning, fan and private
bathroom.
It has also a big terrace with a dome who gives a direct view on the creek, the mangrove and the swimming pool.
Swimming pool (+/- 18 x 7 meters) with waterfall and Jacuzzi for 6 persons.
The cleaning staff is composed by minimum 2 persons for the cooking, the cleanning.
The Mango villa is located on a cliff; a stairswell digged in coral goes 13 meters lower down to another terrace under the mangrove on the board of the creek, in the middle from a wonderful ecosystem .
The big shopping centre Nakumat, with all the facilities you find in Europe (bakery, shops, butchery, exchange office, cyber café, pharmacy, hairdressing salon …)
is only at 7km to the Mango villa.
Inside the Villa.
The Villa is in Moorish style and very spacious, lightly and practical with tall white walls and Italian’s tilling. In the hall there is a wonderful inside garden with loss stones and plants. It has three domes, modern halogen lighting in stainless, and a superb kitchen in Italian’s granite with cold room. Its five bedrooms have air-conditioning and fan, mosquito net, television room.
Outside the Villa.
The Mango « Villa » is the dreamed villa for Kenya’s wildlife fanatics.
It’s located on the board of a creek, on the cost of Mombasa, on the board of Indian’s Ocean. It can accommodate 2 to 14 persons.
The villa is fully furnished and offer its staff for the housekeeping (cooking, gardener, chambermaid …), security service, automatic generating set DEUTZ 28KVA and well with pressure pump. Five luxurious bedrooms with private bathroom, type of bowls in the garden, swimming pool with waterfall and Jacuzzi for 6 persons. Massages at home are possible. Direct access to the creek to fish.
Situated at only 1 hour drive from the villa, you can visit the cities of Malindi, Watamu in the north of Mtwapa or Diani in the South, and why not participate to a safari in the national park of Tsavo who is one of the more spectacular in the world with more than 20000km² (only 2hours drive).
Swimming pool side.
The villa has an elongated and roundness swimming pool (+/- 18 x 7 meters) and is situated on top of the creek. The pool has a depth of +/- 1.50meter and a variation of 0.90 to the side of the Jacuzzi and 2meters in the middle (between blue tilling).
A wonderful waterfall in stone takes a plunge in the swimming pool where you can freshen up and why not taking advantage from the Jacuzzi (6persons) with friends to chat or relax yourself after a shopping, visiting or safari day.
The garden and swimming pool responsible will install you with pleasure your deckchairs of serve you some cooled drinks on table under a parasol.
