This private beach is one of the loveliest in the Bahamas, leading to the sandy sea floor beneath between 3 and 7 feet of water depending on the tide. Guests of all ages can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, diving, fishing, kayaking, sailing and more. We also have plenty of swim rafts, lounge chairs and hammocks so you can relax and enjoy the endless sunshine and warmth of the Caribbean. For the ultimate in solitude, a walk on the beach is a special experience.

Extras: The shaded beach hut with lounge chairs, bicycles, kayaks, masks & snorkels, beach games and more are all available to enjoy. This is our favorite place to be.

It is so nice to be here we love this place and have been coming since our kids where very young. Our kids 2010 or maybe before!

We first visited this property in 1993. We loved it from our first trip and visited every year until purchasing the home and moving to the island in 2003. We are constantly updating the home and property to improve our guests' experience. We hope to share this wonderful home in paradise with you.

Why they chose this property

South Andros Island is one of the most pristine natural settings in the world. There is a wealth of beauty on the island, the beaches and the underwater world. We are scuba divers and operate Andros Diving, the premier dive operation on South Andros Island. We love the friendly people, the privacy and the natural charm of the island. Kemp's Bay is home to the nicest beach on the island and one of the nicest white sand beaches in the Caribbean. Our home is the most private and secluded property on the island and is located in the best setting along the finest beach.

What makes this property unique

The property is in the perfect location on the island's finest beach. The privacy and seclusion is 2nd to none being 1/2 mile from any neighbors and 500' off the road in a peaceful and tropical setting well protected by trees, the barrier reef and more.
