The free summer tram stop is located a few short steps from the driveway, covering the major areas of Laguna Beach up and down Pacific Coast Highway. No need to drive anywhere.

Vintage charm Modern amenities 😉

Debbie is cool and considerate. So, naturally her house reflects this. Authentic Craftsman built in 1927, beautifully maintained and updated. The kitchen is state of the art. The views unparalleled. Sweet California vibes. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Week in Paradise

Our family of 5 (including 3 teens) had a wonderful week in Laguna Beach over a recent school vacation. Debbie's beautiful home is warm and inviting. Just steps from the beach and town. She thought of everything to make our stay turn-key from wet suits and boogie boards to cozy blankets on every couch to chilled glasses in the freezer. The views from every window were fantastic and wonderful beaches were just steps away. The property has beautiful plantings and lovely outdoor seating areas. We had a great time and hope to return next year!

Wonderful time

We gathered to celebrate a milestone birthday with family, and everyone appreciated and enjoyed this beautifully decorated home. We had a wonderful time! This house is strategically located close to multiple beach areas and downtown, but away from the downtown traffic. Great gathering areas. Lovely bedrooms. We would stay here again. Thank you, Debbie, for your thoughtfulness and for sharing your great home. Highly recommended.

Another Fantastic Stay

Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Laguna Beach gem. I didn't think it was possible, but the home continues to get nicer as the owner, Debbie, adds her personal touch to the home. If you are looking for a very comfortable, clean, historic home, steps from the beach, then this is the property for you. Thank you Debbie for another wonderful stay, you'll be seeing us many times in the future!

Best Laguna Home

My family just spent a week in Laguna Beach staying in this wonderful home. We have rented at the beach in prior years bit nothing has been more enjoyable than this. The house is a gorgeous home with all of the small touches that make it unique. Debbie, the owner, has gone out of her way to make it comfortable for you. All of the things that you may need are there and ready for you to use. You don't have to bring or purchase all the beach paraphernalia or kitchen items. The kitchen and dining room have everything you would want for gourmet dining or just barbecuing. There are tons of windows with great views and breezes, several patio areas, a wonderful neighborhood, great beaches and much more. One of the best parts of the stay was Debbie herself. I would like to have her as my friend. She was truly charming and kind, she went out of her way for us but was not the least bit intrusive. We had two small children with us and the house was great for them too. My grandson loved walking around the deck and through the many doors. Our granddaughter loved the beach, she thought the tv in the kitchen was cool and loved curling up with a blanket on the couch and taking a nap. The 3rd floor master suite is gorgeous, large and private with a great deck and super view. My husband and I n joyed watching the fireworks from the deck. The trolley was close and convenient. I walked to town several times because I enjoyed it. The bedrooms and baths were well equipped, Debbie had lovely soaps, quality towels and all of the things you would have in a truly fine home. I guess you can tell we really had a good time and loved the house. Thanks again Debbie!

My family (in- laws ) owned this amazing home for 60 + years, purchasing it in 1960 from the prominent Hollywood family that built the home in 1927. I was married in this home in 1980. I took full ownership in 2002 and later full time residencey in 2010. I have done a great deal of work restoring and updating It. I love my home.... It is very inviting and seems to embrace all that enter. I have been told by many it is a home with a soul. I am blessed to have the privilege of owning and caring for it.

Exceptionally quiet beach front street (Ocean Way), one way street with minimal traffic, minimal public beach goers. The beach steps to Moss Beach are less than 50 feet from the house. Moss Point is a picturesque and exclusive area. Popular Woods Cove Beach is only a few houses (1-1/2 blocks) up Ocean Way . The home is located on the corner of Moss and Ocean Way.
