A palace of privacy

We expected a very nice house and found a palace.
The 'tower' room for the children, with their own excellent bathroom was up quite a few stairs. With responsible children, this makes for a 'private' space upstairs for them, while the adults have their own space and privacy at the ground floor.
With february tempratures of 20 and 22 degrees, the inside whirlpool in the sunroom, surrounded bij lots of sitting space was very popular. The outside pool was still heating up after reapirs. We did spend many sunny hours between the pool and the wall, safe from the wind on comfortable sun beds and chairs, soaking up sun and fresh air.
The help from Petra was great, renting a very nice car for us and advising on bicycle rental (try Planet in CostaTeguise), and nice little restaurants and shops close by where all necessary food could be bought, even in the evening. Since she leaves the house very well stocked, you can travel light and still start enjoying Canary life immediately.
We hope to return to 'our' palace often It is the perfect quiet central starting point for all visits and adventures on Lanzarote.
