This unique former factory building is almost at the highest point in Auerbach. It was completely renovated by its Dutch owners and made into beautiful group accomodation. The building has a living space of no less than 1000m2. It is on a spacious plot of land with an excellent view of Auerbach. Very good situated for a wintersport holiday near the skiarea Schöneck and Klingenthal. The ground floor contains a comfortable bar/lounge, a play area with pool table and air hockey. There is also a spacious dining room and a professionally equipped kitchen with a number of ovens and fridges. A medium sized group can book eight bedrooms on the first floor (DE-08209-03). A large group can book all sixteen bedrooms (DE-08209-04). If you are looking for a fully equipped venue for a group, family party or business conference then we can highly recommend this unique accomodation.
Remarks:
There are 4 beds whichs are suitable for children only. That's why the house can be rented by max. 17 adults and 4 children.
