About this property

Adorable 1 bedroom cottage with small loft. Excellent condition, open kitchen and living area. Shared 200 ft beach.

Centrally located with a short drive to all major attractions including the areas finest dining, Meadowbrook Pavilion, Weirs Beach, Gunstock Mountain Resort, Mount Major, lots of fun!

Available for Seasonal Rental, Monthly or Weekly

Updated loft includes 3 twin beds, with new carpet. Please note the loft has a low peaked ceiling, but provides ample extra sleeping space. On first floor we have: new hardwood floors, new windows, new doors, all freshly painted trim, walls and ceilings. Large deck with nice view of the lake.

Our location is a great place for couples.

Guests are required to bring their own towels and linens.
(Please note we do not allow pets as it is not permitted for renters to have dogs in our association. However, we do have a dog who stays at the cottage with us so if you are allergic to dogs, unfortunately, the cottage may not suit your needs.)

Great time

My family had a great time. The house was cute and the lake was beautiful. Nice and quiet but close to everything. Jeremy was very accommodating.

Very nice place had all we needed

Great experience with owner of cabin my only wish was a boat slip would have been perfect, other than that a very nice example of a cabin on a lake in New England

Great community feel cottage

This was our second summer staying at the cottage. It is centrally located and on a perfect cove in the lake. We enjoyed the many amenities the area has to offer and appreciate the ability to dock our boat right on site. Great spot, we will be back until our kids outgrow the loft area. :)
