We are a middle aged couple of empty nesters. Our 3 kids are grown and married so we decided to rent out our awesome home.

My husband and I rented the house for us to stay while visiting our children. It was very beautiful place to stay the view of lake was fabulous! We want to stay some that felt like home and this was perfect. Our kids loved the house and all the admenities! Thanks to the Jones for sharing your home!!!

We had a very enjoyable holiday. The house is beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived as the pictures on the website don't do it justice, it is even more beautiful. Our children 3 and 6 felt very at home there and the pool was a perfect size and depth for them. It was a very relaxing setting but was only 1.5 hours away from the big theme parks. Definately home from home with every comfort you could imagine. We look forwrad to going back.

Amazing rental property, from the beautiful house to the gorgeous backyard with a pool, lake and beach to boot. We had a great time here, and the kids had a blast chasing minnows and lizards. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with all the comforts of home.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, we had a wonderful time!

This home is even more perfect than the pictures. It is immaculate, clean, comfortable, and best of all quiet. It is perfect for a weekend getaway (like we did), a family vacation, or extended stay. Our favorite part was relaxing with our morning coffee on the dock. This house has everything you could want - pool, jacuzzi, lake with paddle boat and canoe, huge TV in living room complete with DirectTV, and wireless internet. WalMart, SuperTarget and Publix are within a mile or two. Busch Gardens is just 15 min. and Disney area is an hour. Orlando airport is about an hour and half but goes very quick on the interstate. Everything about this beautiful home will exceed your expectations!

Our family stayed for 9 days in Feb 2011. This is a beautiful location about 25 minutes from Tampa on a small lake that is able to be viewed through the floor to ceiling windows on the lake side of the house. For activities on site, the sparkiling pool is right outside the door and there are bikes, a paddleboat and a row boat, a dock to fish from as well as a basketball hoop and ball. or just relax and take a nap lakeside in one of the loungechairs. The house is gourgeous and has everything to make it a "home away from home".
There is a SuperTarget around the corner as well as other stores nearby. We stocked the frig and ate several meals in.
There are several good restaurants nearby too.
The house has an open floorplan with 3 bedrooms, all with TV's in different quadrants that offer you quiet if you want to be away from the rest of the group.
The Joneses are very gracious and were able to answer any questions we had. They offered and one afternoon they came over and took us out on the lake with the jet ski. This was one of the highlights of our teenagers time there. We thought the drive to attractions was reasonable with the interstate nearby
