Las Toronjas 1 is a uniquely designed, airy and opened to nature villa. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and coconut trees overlooking the 10th hole of La Romana Country Club Golf Course, designed by Pete Dye, at Casa de Campo, La Romana. Strategically located, Las Toronjas 1 is just a few minutes away from Minitas Beach, the Marina, Altos de Chavon, the main hotel facilities, and three other golf courses including the famous Pete Dye design Teeth Of The Dog.

As you enter this open space villa you’ll enjoy the greenery and warmth of the indoor garden surrounded by bedrooms, living room, studio, gazebo, wooden deck terrace, swimming pool and heated jacuzzi – all these areas enjoy the spectacular view of the fairway and green of the 10th hole.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms; three of which have 2 full size beds. The master bedroom has hardwood floors, a double height ceiling, a queen size bed, a private living room with a sofa-bed and a jacuzzi with big windows opening to a private garden. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, LCD TVs, safe deposit boxes and full bathrooms. The studio, as well, has air conditioning, a 50” LCD TV, DVD and speakers for your iPod. The living room, with hand-painted furniture and a 30 ft. high ceiling, hosts a dining table that seats 12; and opens up with six wooden sliding doors, to a view over the deck and swimming pool, towards the golf course. The gazebo is located between the pool and indoor courtyard with a living area and a dining table that seats ten, facing the green of the 10th hole. The pool has a shallow area perfect for sunbathing while lying down partially covered by water. It is located adjacent to the gazebo on one end and the jacuzzi at the other, near the gas barbecue, which makes it perfect for entertaining.

Our staff: butler (sleeps in a facility outside the villa), cook / housekeeper till 5:00 p.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be prepared daily at the request of our guests. Daily cleaning, linens and towels are included with the rental. Personal ironing and laundry can be provided at a nominal fee to be arranged directly with the staff, as can be arranged with any other services our guests might need.
